I was always sceptical regarding online training providers, for reasons unknown I thought Hudson is different. Unfortunately, Hudson didn’t manage to convert my believes/feelings towards online training providers. I paid for a package which contained a variety of courses (just in case). My plan was to start with CompTIA A+. I will not go into details about Hudson’s training material because my advice is do not pay for CompTIA A+ training/courses. Do your research and you can find plenty of free, and better material for free. I could recommend professor messer. I did fail my CompTIA A+ exams, but I would like to assure you that one-star rating for this company is given not out of spite.

I have just started the cyber security course and I am very new to computer, so far Hudson has been on hand to help with my enquires and were very prompt to reply to me

I'm yet to start the course but like many of you reading this I also had lots and lots of questions to ask so I wrote them all down and contacted Hudson, from the start I wasn't pust into buying any courses and I wasn't sold anything, I asked all the questions I had and got a response for all of them, I asked to be sent more information and that I would get back to them again i wasnt pushed into buying anything unlike some of the other companies I had contacted about course, I read through all the information sent and also done my own research, which then I had a few more questions so I call the Hudson team again and they were more then happy to help in answering my questions by this point i was ready to commit so I went ahead and they even gave me a little courtesy call to let me know payment had all gone through and sent me all my details I needed to start my online course, I will start it in the next few days and will add another review one completing the course so that everyone has a true understanding of how it all went but so far it has been faultless and communication has been amazing!! 😁

I think this is an amazing program to do if you give your best time to it. So far the customer service has been awesome. Kudos and keep it up.

I am really excited to be starting a few new courses with Hudson courses, the staff were really helpful and informative and was even able to accommodate my current circumstances. The whole enrollment process was straightforward from choosing a few courses to the actual enrollment on the course

The staff are really friendly and helpful. I phoned after hours on a Friday evening during lockdown, the lady on the phone took details, and told me I would be phoned by a person who can enroll me in a few minutes. A few minutes later I received a phone call by a man called Roy who enrolled me there and then on the phone. Great service.

Professional and clear communication from the start. All my questions were answered and I now have a clear indication of what I want. If you are looking for an IT course then I would recommend Hudson’s. Alex

Just signed up with Hudson for a beginners CompTia and Cisco courses, and the advice they gave and customer service I received was second to none!

Would definitely recommend if you are looking to learn online.

The service provided was quick and to the point. When I first decided to join the "SQL for beginners" course was unsure what would be the follow up course, but after speaking with the support team, was given strong guidance and they were so kind to put together a bundle (combining multiple courses) for me to follow, at a discounted price. Would definitely recommend.

From a customer service point of view they have been fantastic.
However, a very strong word of warning to anybody taking the Six Sigma courses. The official exam is absolutely no resemblance to the practice tests or quizzes. I have not had my results yet, but either way. The Official Exam is not like the practice tests they send you.

Through my own circumstances, I've not been able to commit the required time to complete the certification but after speaking with Roy, he gave me the options available to me and suggestions on what's best for me. I really appreciate the support I've had from Roy!!

I contacted Hudson to ask about a Green Belt - Six Sigma course. They gave me several options at different prices. I was happy with the content and price.

I haven't fully benefited of the customer service so far so I can give a full feedback but I can definitely say "so far so good"

After doing the a+ core 1 I found the videos easy and I knew I understood them because hudson provided 180 question on the videos ,even after doing all the practice exam it doesnt prepare you for the actual exam in my opinion.
there was questions that wasnt covered in the video or book on the actual exam and the question were a lot harder to interpret than the practice.
looking at most of the reviews there all on customer service (which is good btw) but none saying they have passed any course.i ended up failing (I HAVE A DEGREE IN ENGINEERING BUT COULDN'T PASS THIS COURSE )

I would like to thank you for the MS Office training I am currently undertaking. The format is well organized and very easy to follow, making the transition from Beginner to Advanced levels quite manageable.

Just purchased the IASSC Lean Six Sigma Green Belt course. I have done a lot of research on which provider's the best and this one seems to be the only one that has got the material very well structured and very easy to follow. I look forward to studying my course. I would choose them again in the future for any career-building or -advancing courses. Thank you Hudson.

Great customer service from Roy, he was able to answer all my questions and I took the decision to sign up for the cyber security course. Also it was nice of Roy for the complimentary voucher from amazon after signing up for the course. Now I am ready to start my course and should be done in 12 months 🤞🏼

Great Customer Service from Roy who spoke to me a number of times to answer all my questions on the course I wanted to purchase for my partner.

He even spoke to my partner separately to answer his questions and was very patient as it took us a week or 2 to decide. Very pleased with the service so far
