Buying vinyl
I like the setup for buying from htfr in principle my only gripe is when you order vinyl you want to hear it to confirm its the item you want to buy, often that function doesn't work so you have to find it along with the title on iTunes so thou know you want to order it I have also found when you confirm an order nothing appears to happen so you have the tendency too keep confirming the order then you over order, I have used sale sites for years but find htfr motre frustrating than any of the others yet , I will still buy from you regularly and I don't know how you could improve you're service or whether its me and my age!!!!

HTFR is good enough, because they have a wide range of music and before the ordering you can listen by samples. The page is user-friendly and the team is helpful and they give quick response.

I have been buying tunes from HTFR for years, and what a great service they have provided throughout that time. Their teams are always approachable and friendly. I found they go, above and beyond their means to make sure that each customer {me} gets what they need, leaving them fully satisfied {They will not let you down if they can help it}
That’s what makes their customer service excellent.
HTFR also has a great selection of tunes at very competitive prices, if you place an order with them before 3pm, they will do there very best to dispatch your order that same day.
I also found their website very easy to use, and after my purchase they kept me updated about my order.

Great Experiences Every Time
Items were always delivered in a timely fashion even from the other side of the globe. Used records were almost always surface-noise free. The last order could have used a cleaning though. Visible fingerprints and some light scratches were unexpected but played as if the record was perfect.
