H.Samuel - Thanet Arvostelua 

I went to H Samuel in Westwood Cross, Thanet to pick up a ring that needed repairing. I was served by Wendy who couldn't have been more helpful. The ring had been beautifully repaired and looked like new. I think Wendy was as pleased as me about the outcome. She was more than helpful and had liaised with the insurance company for me to make sure they did the repair through them for me. The ring is very sentimental and I'm so pleased with the ring and the service H Samuel gave me, especially from Wendy. Thank you so much.

I had a great time when shopping here on saturday.
the service was so good that this would always be my first stop for jewellery in the future.
The lady that served me was the supervisor, i think her name was lindsey, there was also another lady working with her, both were great.
I highly recommend this store because of the staff service.

My daughter had her ears pierced for here birthday, with H. Samuel and they were fantastic with my daughter! They were really patient and made her feel at ease. They were very professional and informative and kept checking we were all happy with the procedure talking us all through it. They even gave my daughter a goodie bag at the end with a voucher for her next pair of earings. the whole service was fantastic we would highly recommend.

I bought a platinum wedding band from the westwood cross branch last month with some money I had from some previous family jewellery, I wanted the sentiment attached to reflect this and so added some engraving as well, I have to say the stores kindness and understanding with this has been amazing, A lady called Debbie has gone above and beyond with customer care and patience , 5 stars definitely.

Bought a rotary watch from the Broadstairs branch today for what seemed a great price. Too good to be true? Oh yes.
There is so much backlash in the adjustment mechanism that the minute hand flops around by about half a minute

An item of precision of which to be the proud owner it most certainly is not. How do they have the nerve to sell defective goods like this?
Check carefully before buying would be my advice. Better still go somewhere else.
I want my money back. Another expensive 25 mile round trip and time wasted.

Ease of use great choice and prices, and very helpfull staff

So my original engagement ring broke and even the local store said the ring was a one off bad quality but the insurance wouldn't pay out.

We then ordered a new one and now they are selling items they don't even have in stock! Which is actually illegal. It is called fraud!

The guy on the live chat then had the audacity to offer 15% off for when I purchased a new ring! After messing up twice you think I want to buy from you again.

Excellent service, While item was sent away to be engraved I was kept fully informed despite shop being shut due to storm flooding.

My wife was happy with her watch but no instructions

I had a gift card where the digits were illegible so I couldn't use it to make a purchase online. The store staff were very understanding and helpful, placing an order for me in store and swiping my gift card as payment. I had been anxious to shop in store but it was a very Covid secure environment with masks worn by all in store and hand sanitiser and spare masks available. The collection was very easy and although I had not collected my goods for two weeks, they were still available for collection. The staff offered me a free bag as the items were bulkier than I imagined and I had no change. Well done all in the Westwood Cross branch in Thanet.

Took damaged ring in under insurance and got a replacement . Staff were so friendly and helpful , only took a couple of weeks to sort , very impressed x

Was very helpful in helping with engagement and wedding rings, sizes and styling. Very patient especially with silly questions. Got to shop just before closing and wasn't made to feel like we needed to rush. Lovely staff
