Very friendly and helpful staff
Very friendly and helpful staff. Treated us with respect. Showed us the watch straps on offer then went away and fitted them both for us. Even apologised for keeping us waiting which wasn’t necessary as she was doing her job, but was appreciated.
Very nice visit and would use again.

I had to return a ring where the diamond had fallen out and was sorted out by an absolutely lovely lady called Elaine in your Sutton branch, I honestly couldn’t have been treated better, she was so kind and friendly I would recommend her to anyone
