H.Samuel - Sunderland Arvostelua 

Sunderland branch: excellent service from Olivia. Sorted out an urgent issue she made everything so easy as did her lovely colleagues. Fantastic service friendly and efficient.

It was a terrible experience I had at H.Samuel's Sunderland store. My spouse birthday was August 6. I came to the store on July 29, selected all I wanted (a necklace, ear rings & handchain, all gold). Sadly, the handchain was not in store, so the order was placed. I came back on August 2 to pick up. It was not available. Returned on August 3, same not available. Only for a very ill-mannered staff by the name Paula, started addressing me rudely and calling me names. Another staff, Julie explained to her that the fault was from the company's system. She was yet unapologetic. I came back the following day, August 4, cancelled my order running to over £400. H. Samuel lost a sale, lost a customer and lost referrals. I believe that, staff should be properly trained in particular oriented on inclusion & diversity. I perceived that she acted against a person of colour.

At the sunderland branch what could have been a disaster became an amazing outcome. The set of rings I originally chose were not available as they thought, but they were so accomodating trying to rectify the problem most apologetic all was forgiven.

So easy to order no hassle website is very customer orientated too. Great service all round.

So called into Sunderland branch to take a look at a Emmy diamond ring, couldn’t believe it was my size fit perfect so it was a must buy . Great staff thanks to Julie a quick successful trip

The ability to have fun in store and remaining professional is a gift this team has, we were made to feel extremely welcome and we're helped from the moment we entered the store, the team engaged with us in a fun a casual manner which instantly relaxed us as we generally avoid going shopping and normally order online, we will be back soon to browse and hopefully purchase more from H. Samuel Sunderland branch.

After shopping at Samuels store in Sunderland late on a Saturday afternoon…I wanted to say thank you to Tracey for her patience, friendly and helpful advice! She went out of her way to help my sister purchase a ring even though the store was near to closing time! She even managed to apply a little more discount at the till! Well done Tracey….great service!

Friendly staff as got wedding ring there as replacement and paid bit more but worth it got next size up from t to u 199 pounds but got a surprise to 5 percent off so paid upto 160 pounds plus money off vouchers was for my husband
