Store staff gave good advice, made the reordering process straightforward and were professional and friendly in the dealing with me as a customer.

Helpful attention for in shop watch purchase. Care taken to adjust strap - friendly service and good choice of products that matched internet H Samuels site made purchase easy .

First time I have shopped for earrings…

First time I have shopped for earrings since lockdown and it was easy and very quick. It was great to be able to look on line to get an idea what the earrings would look like on me but I just needed to physically look at them first. My husband remarked he had never been in and out of a shop so quickly before.

Presents for grand daughters

I was looking for a present I could give both my granddaughters, I looked at bracelet then the lovely lady came over and offered to help me. The lady name was Clare, she showed me a lovely necklace and I new at once both my grand daughters would love them. Thank you Clare
