H.Samuel - Irvine Arvostelua 

Visited the Irvine branch whilst we were there on holiday. On the spur of the moment bought a beautiful bracelet as a gift for our Silver Wedding Anniversary. Served by a lovely lady called Fiona who was helpful and friendly. Thank you Fiona.

I am writing this review on behalf of my aunty who is registered blind.
I shopped at the Irvine store last Saturday and was very pleased with the customer service I received from Kenny. He was kind, caring and took his time to show me and described the items I bought to me. I would just like to say thank you for a great experience.

Was just in the Irvine Rivergate branch browsing as I was not sure exctly what I wanted. Stefanie asked me exactly what I was looking for and when I explained I was not entirely sure she explained what rings were where and just to take my time looking. I found a stunning diamond and solitaire ring that I loved but did not want to make a decision straight away. I was under no pressure and Stefanie said it was fine to take all the time I needed. After a drink and visiting some other jeweller shops I decided that the ring I wanted was in H Samuels. I am now one proud owner of a stunning ring, well I think so anyway. Thanks Stefanie for being so friendly and making this such a pleasant experience.

Popped into H Samuel Irvine and was greeted by friendly Julie. My wife was reaching the grand young age of 70 on 1st March 2025. Julie was excellent showing us various eternity rings and my wife was so impressed she went for 2 different coloured rings. Julie sat back while we both decided and my wife couldnt be more pleased. We got a good discount and I would recommend this Jewellers over any other. Ask for Julie believe me you wont regret. That was after going to Argyle Arcade in Glasgow. Happy Days.

Recommend H Samuel Irvine store to anyone looking to purchase jewellery. After a terrible experience with another jewellers, with what should have been a magical experience purchasing my engagement ring, H Sameul made my second experience stress free and straightforward. I knew what style of ring I wanted; I was in the store on a Thursday for another reason, Julie let me try the ring on and ordered 2 sizes for me to come in and try on with my fiancé. Julie called me the same day to say both size of the rings had been ordered, I got a call to say the rings were in the store and my fiancé and I went in on the Saturday and purchased the ring. We had Kenny from the shop on the Saturday process our purchase and he was able to apply the online discount in store, so we were able to take home the ring that day. Delighted beyond belief at the experience and will be back to purchase wedding bands. Very happy with my ring and experience

Took my three watches in to H.Samuel in Irvine two weeks ago, and I went in this afternoon to pick them up and the staff couldn’t be more helpful

My wife was over the moon about the ring we bought , the girls in the shop were very helpful and not pushy at all they were very nice but they did not have the correct size of ring in store so they ordered it to be delivered to our home but the ring was to big so went back to the shop and it was exchanged without any fuss , new ring is perfect and service is excellent will use Irvine shop again

The store was really great and clean, really helped to protect us from Covid, the sales assistants were amazing on our purchase when in store, couldn’t of had a better experience in store.

I’m 50 years married this October and unfortunately I lost my precious 50 year old wedding ring a few weeks ago, The Manager was very helpful in finding a replacement for me , tho the ring will never have the same emotional ties I’m extremely happy with it , The next day I went back to the shop to buy the ring and was served be two young ladies, they couldn’t have been more helpful, thanks again,

Staff over zealous implementation of covid restrictions makes purchasing very difficult. I also appeared to interrupt the coffee break

I found the service received was very good

I lost my wedding ring and had to order a new one, I had some nice ladies help me out as we tried to get a close match for my absent ring, they didn't have my size but we got one picked out and ordered up. It arrived quicker than anticipated and I'm very happy with my purchase.

I was in with my aunt who is in a wheelchair your sales assistance was a lovely girl very helpful

The assistant Rachel was extremely helpful and pleasant. I was given the opportunity to browse without feeling under pressure.

Rachel was super helpful. I'd lost my wedding ring in Crete years ago and she helped me find the perfect replacement last week.

I ordered a watch online and it was an easy purchase and arrived when it said it would I would recommend this sevice
