I took a necklace in the store and the chain was knotted, I tried to get the knots out myself but I just made it worse a lovely gentleman that was a trainee took a lot of time to untangle it for me, I offered to pay for the service but he didnt charge a penny I was very grateful, it made my day.

Made inquiry about a watch from online before I purchased it,as it didn't say if it came with a chain or not in the description.The lady in the shop was very helpful & went out of her way to help,very nice lady called Sharon.I was able to continue my purchase online.

Had to get my ring changed in size and the ladies that work here are all extremely friendly and helpful, especially Sharon and Mary. Such lovely customer service, would highly recommend this branch :)

The customer service was outstanding. We were assisted by Mary, who was extremely knowledgable, friendly and went out of her way to be helpful. She is a real credit to H Samuel. It was the first time I'd used the store, but will definitely return (and recommend it) as the customer service couldn't be better.

Popped into our local (Huntingdon) store for advice. We were handled by Tammy whose enthusiasm, product knowledge, and courtesy were of the highest order. Whether we proceed with a purchase is uncertain but certainly our in-store retail experience was wholly reassuring.

I needed to know the size of my finger for a wedding ring I’d seen online, we went to h Samuel Huntingdon and offered to pay as we’d not be getting the ring from them but Sharon wouldn’t take any payment but went above and beyond to assist us, 1st sizing me then showing me different styles to ensure I chose the right size for the ring we’re purchasing

Can't say anything bad, good service, polite, helpful in store, online service very good, communication is very good, highly recommend.

I simply wanted a replacement battery for my old watch and the young lady , having checked to make sure the problem was with the battery, fitted a new one in double quick time. Very helpful and efficient. And reasonably priced.

I required a new strap for my Mother's reasonably valuable watch and a modest watch for her as a back up. The staff were friendly and very helpful and offered advice aswell as suggestions. Replacing the strap for me and advising me on the purchase of the other watch. My only regret was that I had not remembered to keep the old strap as it had a gold buckle on it, but that was entirely my fault. I would not hesitate to return to the shop in question.
