Ordered g shock casio, selected store to collect it.

When I went to collect it was veery disappointed the lady behind the till took the watch out of the box and gave it into my hands. (Usually I think this is not the way it should be handed over but anyway). The watch was obviously used one with lots of finger prints and dirt on the glass and case also there was a scratch as well! They tried to pretend it’s a brand new one!

I think the fault maybe not in the staff of the shop but overall definitely not happy with my experience.

They made a new order so I am waiting to see what’s going to be the second try.

P.S. the second attempt everything looks how it should be

I have been buying watches at this Gloucester store for a few years now and all the staff (Clare, Sharon, Ivim and Lucy) are all very efficient and knowledgeable people. Nothing is too much trouble. I collect watches and if they don't have the watch I am looking for in store they will always get me the watch from another store. They are very personable and I usually have a chat when I'm in and find out about new watches coming in to store I don't know about. Always nice to see excellent customer service in action.

I took two silver bracelets in for cleaning Ivim made an excellent job of them. They look brand new. Thankyou so much. I always find the staff in HS center of Gloucester very friendly and helpful. Pam Wood

It was the worst experience ever in my life. I had a 60cm necklace clasp broken. Needed to repair. 13/04/2023 was the date my husband took my necklace to the shop to get repair . I went to take it back myself after the shop called me to collect it. after got back home, when I put it on again, just felt something is wrong and so weird. Because I have been wearing this for so many years and with my jade on. I found my jade is not at the same place and made me felt so uncomfortable. Then I measured it and it’s not even have 47cm left.9 which was 60cm before repairing it is 13cm short than it was. I thought that I would be fine to live on like this.
But I wear my jade necklace everyday. It just makes me feel so sick when I think about it. I don’t know what can I do with it… Because I didn’t check straight way when I got this back. but how would I think of that they are not honest. I don’t normally write a review. But here just want to let you all know. If you see this review, Be careful before you make decision to get into this shop!!! Why did I write the review so late? As I said above! It makes me sick every time when I think of this. And write to let people know the same thing not happen to you!

Staff in the shop were very unhelpful, did not even offer to help with my order and told me to go away and ring customer services, this has put me off to ever go into the shop again😠😠😠😠😠😠
I rang customer services and they were very helpful and solved the matter straight away and within couple of days i got my order free of charge delivered
