H.Samuel - Farnborough Arvostelua 

I purchased a pair or earrings from the Farnborough Store and was served by a lovely lady called Tiffany, she was so helpful and friendly.

A couple of weeks later I went back to the store as I couldn’t get the catch on the earring to lock in place, I wanted to keep the earrings but couldn’t get the catch to secure correctly. I was served again by Tiffany who was so patient and understanding and showed me how the earrings locked. This young lady is a credit to the Farnborough store with her excellent customer service skills, she went above and beyond to help me. I have also found the Manager very friendly and helpful too. Thanks again for all your help. 👏

I've had a bit of a long experience with H Samuel involving my wedding and engagement ring but I won't review that. What I will review is the service I received from Julie and Amanda at the Farmborough store.

I have dealt with Julie since the very first issue I had with my rings and although she's had to follow procedures, which sometimes I've not been happy with, overall her service and dedication to ensuring the end result was what I wanted has been amazing. I can't fault Julie at all. She is an asset to that store.

I also had the pleasure of dealing with Amanda along the way who service and dedication has been amazing like Julie's!

I picked my ring up, hopefully for the final time yesterday and was served by Jenny who again was friendly with great service!

Although my experience with Samuel as a whole has been a bit long and painful, I believe this was due to the repair shop and their procedures, so I can't fault the team at the farnborough store, so my five stars are for them!!

Julie is an absolute gem , I lost a stone out of engagement ring and they no longer could get hold of it , so I had to choose another one . Julie went out of her way to get the size that I needed
She’s a credit to your store

I have a gold chain which i wear most of the time and have done for the last 25 years.
My eldest daughter broke it when I was carrying her 10 years ago and i had it repaired (unknown where) my you gest daughter also broke it when again I was carrying her.
I put it in to be fixed at Farnborough H Samuel and it was repaired.
It has since broken 5 times in different areas of the chain at a cost of £40 each time to be repaired.
Only this morning it broke again whilst I was picking something of the floor.
I don't wear it with any other chain and its not catching on anything.
Yet since the first repair it seems to have weakened as it is breaking for no apparent reason.
The chain is breaking every 2-3 months
I have decided not to return to
H Samuel as I no longer trust their service.

Tiffany was of great help today. Her interaction was top tier!

Superb customer service! Athena & Cindee went above and beyond helping me with a lost insurance certificate for my husbands chain and the chain was fixed in good time too. They both helped me in the past when purchasing jewellery, they knew the answers to any questions and were just so lovely , made my experience not only successful but also fun, thank you Athena and Cindee.

Wanted a battery replaced in a watch I bought from them a year ago and they weren’t in the slightest bit interested and said they couldn’t do it. No wonder shops on the high street are closing down with such poor service.

Told to go to Timpson and they did it straight away.

Outstanding service from the store staff on 2nd January. They could not have been more helpful.
My son needed links taken out of his watch strap and my husband wanted to exchange a Christmas present ring.
The watch was adjusted by Cindy while we waited, and a new ring ordered.

We received absolutely brilliant service from Athena! He was very personable, knowledgable and patient in helping us select the appropriate watch type for our grandson.

Went in to the store to buy a 30th birthday present- have to say awful experience- was made to feel that Julie didn’t want to serve us, chewing gum the whole time, she was putting my purchases through knowing it was a gift didn’t even offer a gift receipt- when I asked for one was told too later and nothing she could do! This is why I don’t go to this store as not the first bad experience- will never buy from this store again

Kat was so lovely and kind, really understood what I wanted and found me the most beautiful pair of earrings. Would highly recommend HSamuel Farnborough especially Kat who really can’t do enough to help you find that perfect piece of jewellery

Easy to use website and great description of goods

I visited the Farnborough store today due to a faulty item, I couldn’t be more happier with the customer service I received, Julie was adamant it would be resolved there and then and kept assuring me she would sort it and with Amanda’s manager powers they both worked together to get it sorted. Definitely recommended these two lovely ladies….

Went into Farnborough store to exchange a ring for a smaller size. I must say Julie was fantastic and couldn't do enough to help. Delighted that she found the exact size my fiance needed and we are both extremely grateful for her support. She is a credit to you and we'll be back to buy the wedding rings...

Earing i bought for my daughter were cite silver happy as they were in boxes. Fast service put smile on happy young lady.
