Their honesty, expertise, and outstanding customer service were truly second to none. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole experience really reassuring.

We bought our wedding rings over 5 years ago from the lovely ladies at the Andover branch and even after all that time every time we walk in they light up and remember us and are delightful to chat with. We’ve never experienced customer service like theirs and will always go back for future jewellery needs.

They cleaned my wedding bracelet for me yesterday while I waited and it looks brand new again at no cost. I’ve fallen in love with it all over again, thank you 💜

I was in H. Samuel in Andover, Hampshire this morning where Sam, the shop assistant was so considerate and very helpful. Basically my wife had bought a watch a couple of years ago and the chain now needed to be adjusted - this is something Sam sorted there and then at a nil cost which we are very grateful for. Our best wishes to her and the shop.

very difficult to get payment to go through

The staff completely saved my bacon at the weekend! Ann in particular saved the day! I had recently purchased a necklace from a crystal shop and hadn't realised the adjoining clasp link was faulty. When I went to go and open the clasp the adjoining link had completely broken off!
I rushed into town and Ann and her lovely colleague knew exactly what to do and replaced the link for me. This might not sound like much but this was 30mins before the shop closed and was a birthday present for my friends 50th which I was going to give to her that evening!
They lovely ladies even polished the necklace up for me. I would definitely recommend H.Samuel in Andover for customer service, quality of care and quality of products. Thank you so, so much :)

My local store Andover is amazing! The best staff! I go in with my disabled son from time to time who they love to see and now remember him by name! The ladies working there are always so helpful and friendly it’s always a great experience to shop there, even if you are just browsing!

The girls in shop are brilliant that’s all I can say just brilliant from the guy that buys a lot of watches

Excellent service. Staff member easy to talk to and understanding. Very helpful and I was able to choose and purchase a silver chain which worked out wonderfully.

The lady who attended to me was very professional and patient.

A very pleasant experience with a member of staff who took me through all the choices I had in getting a gift for my wife on our 50th wedding anniversary. Will come back.

Sales staff were very helpful, polite and didn’t put on pressure on me for a sale they were brilliant

Greeted warmly, asked for girls watches, they had a lovely selection and my granddaughter was delighted with the Disney frozen one I chose. Staff very pleasant and friendly.
