The company sent me wrong items and more than half of the items are missing Order ID #300947850 I tried to contact them by mail they haven't replied for more than 36 hrs

I ordered a product that arrived, outer packaging was all good and in tact, when I opened it up, the product was in the box, seals broken and the lid cracked.
I contacted the company and they said it usually happens in transit, (but the outer packet was 100%) so they offered a refund if I take time out of my day to send it back or if I keep faulty product I get 20% off, when all this could have been avoided if they checked the product before they sent it, when really it is just fit for the bin.

First class service order one day delivery next most companies today have shocking customer care very rare to get good service

I made order in the night time around 05:00 oclock after few hours shortly after 08:00 the parcel was already send.

I'm writing to share my disappointing experience with a product I purchased from a company based in Delhi. I ordered a Fat Loss Kit, and the representatives I dealt with were Harsh and Monika.
Initially, I started taking the product, but within a day, I experienced severe health issues, including heart palpitations. I consulted a doctor, who advised me to stop taking the product immediately, citing potential heart risks.
As per their return policy, I reached out to Harsh and Monika to report the issue and request a refund. However, they refused to take back the product, and instead, directed me to speak with their head, Kajal. Kajal initially agreed to look into the matter but failed to follow up, and subsequently stopped responding to my calls.
Despite multiple attempts to contact the Delhi branch, I've been met with silence. I've lost ₹5000 and endured significant distress due to their unresponsive customer service.I urge others to exercise caution and avoid purchasing from this company, as their return policy seems to be misleading, and their customer support is unresponsive

I accidentally entered the wrong address when placing my order. I emailed customer service, and they updated it very quickly. Excellent service!

I have never dealt with a company as unprofessional and frustrating as this one. I placed an order, paid extra for express delivery, and they still managed to send the wrong products. What followed was over a week of confusion, excuses, and complete lack of accountability.

Instead of fixing their mistake quickly, they made the process unnecessarily difficult — refusing to collect the wrong items at a reasonable time and insisting that I handle the return myself. Their so-called “customer service” hides behind courier policies instead of actually helping their customers.

This experience has been exhausting, time-consuming, and deeply disappointing.
I will never order from this company again, and I strongly advise others to think twice before doing business with them. There are plenty of other companies in Ireland that actually respect their customers and understand what good service means.

I can see from the other reviews that a few people already had the same problem like me I ordered protein powder for 50€ that tasted and smelled DISGUSTING!!!
It smelled like burned plastic or acid nothing like the products that I bought before from them so looks like they are trying to scam us by selling bad and faulty products and they offer no help or refund or exchange for the products that are bad!!!
Terrible experience avoid them at all cost.

Über die Produkte kann ich nichts sagen, aber die Geschäftspraktiken scheinen mir dubios. Zuerst werden Lieferzusagen nicht eingehalten, dann nach langem Hin und Her nur ein Teil des Kaufpreises erstattet. So macht man mE keine Geschäfte.
Zumindest waren sie per Mail gut erreichbar, deshalb 2 Sterne.

Got protein power with the best before and batch code removed. At least if it had the batch code I could check if it was still in date. clearly is not since both of them have been removed

Worst customer service ever. Ignoring emails , doesn’t take any responsibility for anything. Avoid!

I used to buy from this website for the last four years. I was a loyal customer, spending around €150 to €300 a month with them. I had a couple of issues with the wrong flavor being delivered, or the flavor being out of stock, etc. For the last two or three years, I've always bought the same whey protein from the same brand and flavor! The product always arrived correctly until last month, when I received the same whey protein from the same brand with a horrible, medicinal, and very bitter flavor. I spent €45 on this whey protein. I contacted HP Nutrition to try to get a refund or exchange my protein because I had to throw away the other protein. HP Nutrition simply didn't offer any support, just told me to contact the brand's manufacturer as if the problem wasn't theirs. And yes, it is their problem. They buy from the manufacturer to pass on to the customer. They should provide the customer with satisfaction and an explanation with a solution. I emailed them with my complaint, and they NEVER responded! They lost a loyal customer. I know it won't make a difference in their pockets, but if this happens to many customers, it will make a difference. I will never buy from HP Nutrition again! Zero credibility!

Always the same protein with the same flavour and taste .

Last time we order the same protein as always the taste was completely different, DISGUSTING

We reach out to HP nutrition very confident to have a solution but they ignored us and told us to contact the factory and that sometimes the taste might change .

This is not acceptable I didn’t buy the product in the factory I bought it with them and if they change the flavour they HAVE to advise before buying the product.

We will never buy there again and I will suggest to buy your products in another place where in case something happens you get a minimum support .

Worst service ever

This is my 3rd order. Standard delivery has been dispatched and delivered in under 24hours this time. Very impressed. One of the items was out of stock and emailed me within minutes with an alternative. Customer service is fantastic, great service

I have been dealing with HP nutrition now for over 5 years and only ever had one bad experience, always a pleasure being a very fast service and also the last two times I ordered my products the website defaulted to my old address but on review of the confirmation email got onto customer service and had the problem sorted and confirmed within half an hour and goods where delivered promptly, Love the service guys, highly recommend. 5/5

Order protein powder and the tub was clearly damaged before it was sent out. The seal was broken and wrapped up with cardboard and tape with their name on it so they clearly knew what they were doing. Wouldn’t recommend

Customer over a decade. Parcel never arrived (usually next day). Contacted customer service for the first time and was told it was going to an old address which I haven’t lived at since 2019. Website defaulted to this through Apple Pay payment. Asked them to divert and was told nothing they could do. Asked for a resolution and was told it was my fault for not reviewing confirmation mail. When advised that I would no longer be a customer and to remove my account the service team didn’t care.
