Howdens - Worcester Arvostelua

With regard to HJ Worcester Store I would particularly like to thank Ryan for his extremely professional advice & support. I cannot fault the service that he provided.

I would also like to thank Jess & Rhiannon on reception, who on several occasions received & addressed my queries with reassurance & due diligence.

Lastly I would like to mention Dean who fitted the quartz tops. He is highly skilled craftsman & his attention to detail can only be described as exceptional.

We initially bumped into Julie from Howdens whilst we were looking at bathroom a few door down from Howdens Worcester and from that we arranged to pop in and discuss the possibility of a new kitchen.

From the off we were treated well and was patently walked through options and possibilities, given we didn’t have a clue about price of product options.

Zac and Later Tom set about a design for us to consider and adjust. I have to say this was an invaluable experience together with a final home visit to sense check measurements.

The before and after transformation of our kitchen is breathtaking on a lot of levels, the quality of the product itself, first class. We opted for no door handles, a great decision.

New cooker, hob, fridge and fan planned into the purchase.

2024 has been a year where we future proofed our home, full rewire, new gas boiler, fire, complete redecoration, new doubled glazing, new light fittings and new flooring throughout…… the list goes on.

The whole Howdens team have been totally supportive of our journey to transform our kitchen and we are over the moon with it and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

A big well done to Calum McKay our fitter for an outstanding job.

Looking forward to a holiday in 2025

I called in for some wipes and glue.

Jim came out to advise on our kitchen doors. His choice of colour and recommendations as to the door model was perfect and showed in the end result.
He supplied us with images of the completed kitchen which worked for us, particularly the skirting board as opposed to kicker boards which enhance the final design and uplifted the overall design.
Excellent service, on time and as expected, even delivery went smoothly and complete with nothing missing.
We can highly recommend Jim and the team at Howdens, thank you very much for your help Jim, glad we made that appointment with you!

We have just had a new kitchen from Howdens and the service I received from my first meeting with Jim at the Worcester branch to talk about what I would like through to the planning and whole process up to completion has been outstanding. Jim has been in contact throughout, contacting me very quickly with any queries I had and made.sure everything ran smoothly. The design is exactly what I had in my head and the kitchen is very good quality. I am really impressed with everything and would definately recommend them

Very helpful and quick service.

An outstanding service from start to finish, superbly managed throughout by Ryan from the Worcester Howden’s team. Thank you so much for our beautiful new kitchen.

Transaction carried out via email, Lily v helpful and patient.

Ryan was brilliant and incredibly helpful; this is the second time we've dealt with him. We were very impressed first time and decided we would just go straight to him this time. Found him helpful and very patient with us!

I deal with Howdens for kitchens through my work and Ryan and the team are fantastic, I also sorted my own kitchen with Ryan who was brilliant at thinking up some great creative ideas to make my kitchen more unique and perfect for us. I order many kitchens throughout the range and they have something for every design and budget.

We dealt with Ryan Grainger mostly though Jess and the rest of the team were very helpful and attentive throughout. We spoke with other suppliers but Ryan knew his stuff on all areas and had an answer to all our questions that was clearly based on knowledge & experience. We felt confident that our new kitchen process would be handled professionally.
