Howdens - Southall Arvostelua 

Great store

I went to Southall Howdens to get a kitchen design for my customer, from the initial kitchen designer coming out to measure, to the customers coming into the showroom to choose their desired kitchen of choice. It was such an easy process, and one that my customer had a very pleasurable customer service experience.
Their knowledge on products is second to none.
Overall a very happy customer.

Howdens at Southall took my order for an extractor hood. They didn’t have it in stock so they located the nearest Howdens that I did and help me to purchase it

I purchased a kitchen from Howdens in Southall and was met with a lovely gentleman by the name of Peter, the store manager. He assisted me with my purchase which took a little while as I was a bit indecisive, but nothing was too much trouble for him. The service I received was fantastic! Since my purchase, everything has run smoothly and whenever I need any help or assistance I can call Peter and he’s always happy to help. I have to say, the whole team there have also been very helpful whenever I’ve popped into the branch so hats off to Peter and his team! Thank you all so much for the amazing service you have given me and see you all again soon! 😊

Service was good and I am satisfied

More than I was expecting, staff were friendly and helpful, with some many parts required there were obviously some that didn't make it onto the delivery van but there was no issue in collecting them. Even when we lost some little clips and fittings staff were always able to find these small items that make things look finished.
The normal things such as the planning side threw up some challenges but the planner worked with our builder to solve them, rather than just give us other options that would not have been as good.
And there were countless options about things we would never even realised, integrated things we would expect were the dishwasher and oven, but the hood was a nice touch as the one we'd picked would have had my head bumping into it.
Yes I know that people will say "That's what you are paying for" but we'd been to other companies where it was just sell, sell, sell rather than a initial site visit. Followed by another site visit once things had been laid out to see if they would work, followed by more changes and then a final visit to see how things looked compared to the concept pictures.

Can't fault the service, even when said extractor hood had an issue they came out and fixed it without question and worked around our availability rather than giving us times where they would turn up.
Overall the service was so much more than it could have been I can't recommend them highly enough.

The customer service is really bad especially at the Southall branch, they hassle you a lot while sending the wrong parts with the wrong measurements for your order multiple times and do not bother accepting their fault. I will not recommend getting your kitchen done by this company considering how much money they take but do not complete the work up to standard. They are very unprofessional and the management is poor.

They treat you like family and give best price

Spent 9k on kitchen was told its the best quality.
After month a few of the doors had bubbles and they sent someone out and he admitted there is something wrong no one contacted me for 2 months and now they have a rude manager in place called Peter who advised the guy they sent out is not qualified and if I want someone to check there faulty doors I have to pay OMG that was ridiculous and he put the phone down on me because he was making no sense and trying to get me to do his work to chase with head office but happy to take money and call me everyday to order.

I would recommend to go wren or someone else Howdens are scammers and warranty is load of rubbish and don't get back to you for months

I have wasted my money and these doors are terrible quality and breaking are crackling already and the branch is not willing to help at all.

They also need to give a course to Peter the manager on how to handle situations like this and not hang up on customers.
