Howdens - Charlton Arvostelua

From the moment we were introduced to Georgina Arnold from your Charlton store we had the most positive experience. We were recommended by several people to use Howdens and we ate so happy they we did.
We weren't sure what type of kitchen we wanted/ colour or style. The guidance and help we received from Georgina was second to none. The plans she produced were sent to us within a day of her coming to our home to measure and discuss what it was we hoped to achieve with our full kitchen / utility room refurbishment.
Georgina was really patient with us when we asked her to change certain things, we changed our minds a few times!
She is so professional and approachable. responding to our queries within a very short time frame and worked around our schedule for meetings and delivery dates/times.
She gave us really good advice and we never felt like we were given a sales pitch at any point. She listened to us and worked with the budget we gave her
The quality of the kitchen and accessories are great and affordable.
We are absolutely delighted with the end result of out new kitchen and separate utility room.

I am very satisfied with the service and the quality of materials that I av installed for my clients

I needed a small kitchen that was highly functional, aesthetically pleasing, and integrated seamlessly into a recently refurbished open-plan space. Georgia immediately understood exactly what I was looking for. She was patient, clear, and responsive to all my questions, and her knowledge of the Howdens design tool is outstanding. She explored every option and proposed the best-looking, high-quality solutions at the best possible prices for each element of the kitchen. I’m absolutely delighted with the final result and truly grateful to Georgia for her contribution. I would highly recommend that any customer seek her advice.

Georgina Dempster-Arnold - Howdens Charlton , is a professional. She has measured and completed two kitchens for me which look fabulous. Perfect fit perfect look. Great service, great advice and very personable. Thank you for your service.

Georgina Arnold at the Charlton store was outstanding.
She gave us no end of ideas for planning out the kitchen and her final plans were exact and appreciated by us and the fitters.
She was very patient and polite working with us through our many questions and changes of mind!
She brought products to the house to show us what would look good…..nothing was too much trouble for her!
The whole team at Charlton were excellent. Whenever Georgina was unavailable Steve (Georgina’s manager) stepped in.
When we needed anything additional during fitting the store managed to get the items to us within a day. This is in stark contrast with the other big name organisations where you can wait weeks…..worth knowing this as a customer!
Delivery was timely and the driver made every effort to store things in a way that helped the fitters.
All very professional and the end product looks great!

CSK Building Ltd have been using Howdens in Charlton for over 18 years now and have always been really helpful in achieving the design for stunning kitchens we fit for our clients and a big thank you to Georgia Arnold who has always helped us in design and production of Howdens kitchens which have always been a great product and for helping us in a quick turnaround of kitchens, which our clients appreciate

I recently had my kitchen units completely renewed with Howdens, and Nassy at the Charlton branch was absolutely brilliant throughout the entire process. She helped me from start to finish, designing everything with incredible precision and attention to detail. Her professionalism was top-notch – she listened carefully to what I wanted, offered great suggestions, and made sure every measurement and choice was spot on.
The end result is a kitchen I'm thrilled with, and it wouldn't have been possible without Nassy's expertise and patient guidance. The whole team at Charlton was friendly and helpful too. Highly recommend Nassy and Howdens Charlton to anyone planning a kitchen project!

Always helpful when contacted via telephone in searching for correct product when you are unable to get to store.

It was quick and easy. Friendly staff.

Being told at mitcham howdens a sink would be there the next day for 12 pm
When I go there after taking a customer s sink and worktopout howdens tell they can’t get it till the following week
No call or message or nothing
And at first they said they cannot refund the waste
What the hell is the point of a waste without the sink
Absolutely ridiculous

dealt with my order promptly and efficiently

I am absolutely delighted with my new kitchen, and I couldn’t have achieved this result without Nassy. From beginning to end, she provided exceptional support and consistently went above and beyond to ensure we were completely satisfied. She was always available to answer questions—no matter how big or small—and even took calls outside of regular hours to assist during the installation process. Nassy communicated directly with the builders, managed every detail with remarkable patience (despite my many changes of mind), and handled any snagging issues promptly and efficiently. Her professionalism, dedication, and genuine care made the entire experience seamless. Thank you, Nassy, for everything you’ve done

I had my cabinets installed by this company and initially, everything seemed fine. I paid all invoices on time and kept detailed records of every payment. Two months after the final installation and full payment, I suddenly received a bill for £170.18, claiming I hadn’t paid for the sink and tap.

When I contacted the company, I was told it was due to a “system error.” However, I double-checked my invoices and payment records, and there was no missing payment. All items—including the sink and tap—were clearly listed and paid for.

Despite reaching out multiple times and providing proof, I received no further reply. The company has continued to push this unexplained charge without offering any proper explanation or resolution.

This kind of after-sale service is extremely disappointing. I expected better communication and accountability. If you choose to work with this company, I strongly recommend you keep every record and double-check every charge—you may need it later.

Always very helpful and great price

I absolutely love my kitchen and I couldn’t have done it without Nassy!!! From start to finish, she provided on-hand support and went above and beyond to ensure we were as happy as can be with our kitchen. No question was too much for her, and she even took out of hour calls to help me when I unexpectedly got stuck abroad during the fitting of my kitchen. She has the patience of a saint! Her design brought my dream kitchen to life and she was truly so efficient in every sense. Thank you so much for everything Nassy!!!

Very pleased with design and presentation, Georgia was very helpful and easily solved any awkward space issues. Having a link with trusted installers meant that any alterations needed during the build were facilitated immediately. The quality of build and fitting is very good. The fitters were great too.
