Wow 🤩 well where do I start I am absolutely over the moon with my kitchen renovation .

Howdens at Burnley you are amazing 🤩

My kitchen renovation took place on the 9th Feb 2026 and my fitters for the job where Martin and Kerry fitzsimmons and I could not be happier with the finished look , from start to finish they have just been amazing and very professional no detail has been overlooked , I just can’t stop looking at my dream kitchen it is everything I imagined and more .

My designer Emma-Lee was just fabulous from start to finish she help create this idea of my dream kitchen I had imagined for a while and kept in touch with me constantly along the way answering all my multiple questions .

If you are reading this email and looking for a kitchen renovation then these are your people 1,000% I would recommend

Good service at Howdens Burnley Louise and staff are great,

Helpful professional advice from all departments, particularly the worktops templating and installation team.
Support from initial designer/surveyor somewhat lacking after initial visit.

Ordered two sets of door handles went to pick them up they had sent the wrong handles the shop assistant apologised and said they would deliver then that day to my address I replied it’s ok tomorrow will do I will collect them arrived the next day and collected my handles I got the impression that nothing was too much trouble for the store I’m really impressed with the shop assistant

Always get what you pay for great customer service and happy with my experience

Having bought my kitchen there recently i can assure you that they have, Great customer service. Brilliant design team, good offers, and they don't mind if you change yours.

I love going into Howdens Burnley Branch as they make you feel so welcome and it creates a really good atmosphere plus they are really helpful and they go out of there way to do their best for you highly recommended and I'll definitely be back

Went to Howdens Burnley where Lee, Sean & manager Joe supplied the units and design.
The kitchen fitter which were brilliant a great job by Martin & Kerry Fitzsimmons so helpful and worked without causing any stress in fact the whole process was stress free...so a big thank you to you both.
To Granite House who supplied the quartz which is stunning they were very helpful and have a great showroom in Preston.
To Carl who did the template brilliant.
Also to Luke and Marc @ Elite worktop installations..who did a fantastic job fitting the quartz.

Martin & Kerry from Fitz kitchens made a fantastic job of fitting, can’t recommend them enough, in fact we are already planning for them to do more work for us, only problem , they are that good they are extremely busy!!!! Howdens Burnley is the place to go! Dealt with this Branch for a very long time and have received nothing but 10/10 service. All staff are very friendly and have plenty of knowledge. Not a bad word I can say about Howdens Burnley.. Would 100% recommend!

I've been dealing with the Burnley branch for decades now and never had a problem. Nothing is too much trouble the staff are amazing and really know the products. They assist and help me from start to finish from design to delivery. Chloe and lou are the dynamic duo and are really helpful. All the staff including Joe the manager are really clued up. I've had hundreds of kitchens from this branch and I keep going back with good reason to. I would highly recommend using this branch to anyone wanting good service and professional advice with people you know you can trust. So much more than just a kitchen and bedroom outlet. All the staff are amazing, well done , Bravo. I just wish all my other accounts with other merchants were as good as these.
