Howdens - Accrington Arvostelua

Highly recommend Howdens Accrington, especially Lynne. She always goes above and beyond, designing kitchens that are practical, fit for purpose, and tailored to both the space and the budget. Everything is handled efficiently and delivered in a timely manner.
Lynne’s excellent customer service makes a real difference. The care and professionalism she shows to my customers helps my business grow and reflects positively on us every time. Reliable, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with.

Liz at Howdens Accrington is absolutely fantastic. She designs all the kitchens for me and my clients, and I honestly couldn’t ask for better support. She’s always friendly, happy to help, and incredibly knowledgeable. Liz gets out to site very quickly whenever needed and resolves any issues promptly and efficiently. A real credit to Howdens and a pleasure to work with every time.

Brilliant service from Steve and the team as ever. My daughter was on a tight budget but these guys made it work.
Big thanks also to Rob who was very professional and accommodating.

Massive shout out to Steve and all his staff at the Accrington Branch.
Been an extremely busy time for myself and couldn’t have done it without your guidance, expertise and unflappable support.
Hope everyone is looking forward to a well deserved break at Xmas.

I have a postage stamp for a kitchen.
But want loads in there, I gave my sizes and requirements to Liz.
Not expecting much but this lady worked her magic and all I can say is I was gob smacked at how good it looked.

Amazing service 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in the branch at Accrington . My kitchen was designed by Elizabeth Perry who was very knowledgeable and helpful. Super quick after the home visit I went in to view the design. Loved it.once I had a date off the fitter, Sam, from the list provided by Howdens Elizabeth kept me updated with delivery of the kitchen. Fitting was completed today and I couldn't be happier

Lynne from the Accrington branch is absolutely brilliant. She supported us through the whole journey from initial design to order to delivery. She is a brilliant kitchen designer and clearly knows her stuff. She’s very approachable and she made any amends to the design we asked. We are very happy with our Howdens kitchen, it looks brilliant and the service was excellent. The price was excellent too, we shopped around but Howdens price and design was definitely the best. Would highly recommend Howdens Accrington and Lynne.

Excellent staff very friendly and helpful goods delivered when arranged

Robert wasn't pushy, he gave us his honest opinions all the way throughout the process. He actually listened to what I wanted and told me if it would work, how he could get it to work and if he couldn't, he would offer an alternative suggestion. He also kept us fully informed with prices along the way and were possible offered us cheaper options.

I had an absolutely brilliant experience with Howdens. Liz Perry was amazing from start to finish, professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She made everything so straightforward and ensured I was completely happy with my kitchen design.

The whole experience has been smooth and stress-free. I couldn’t recommend Liz and Howdens enough!

Thank you…

We used the Accrington branch of Howdens and have been guided through the process by Liz Perry. We haven't had the kitchen fitted yet but can't wait, however, we just wanted to leave a comment about how fantastic Liz has been throughout the process. She listened to what we needed and came up with some good ideas as well. She is one in a million.

Robert Houghton at Howdens was nothing but kindness itself. Professional and prompt although we changed our mind and he had to measure up twice nothing was too much trouble.

Lynne Walkden from Accrington Howdens Branch, is amazing thank you Lynne for all your help ,guidance and kindness during this stressful time of fitting our kitchen . Lynne from start to finish has been approachable , professional and kind . I shall recommend your team 10/10 on every angle .

A professional joiner recommended Accrington's Howdens to me when we were renovating a full house, but particularly when shopping around for kitchens. I booked a consultation with Lynne, their kitchen designer & right from the off, she made the whole experience easy & weirdly, enjoyable , as she involved us & our ideas into every aspect of the design without being pushy to share her extensive knowledge of what would & wouldn't fit/match/look right. Lynne is also very efficient & nothing was too much trouble, no matter how many times I contacted her with yet another query we had. The kitchen (Halesworth) is of really good standard & well made. We have also ended up ordering our flooring & skirting from Howdens, who also price matched. All of the staff have been friendly & professional & i can't praise Lynne & Howdens at Accrington highly enough.

From the first phone call to the final fitting, I found the experience with Howdens to be brilliant.

The staff at Howdens Accrington are marvellous. Rob came and measured the space, then drew up a variety of planning options. We discussed the different products and eventually came up with the final design, that was within my budget and met my requirements.

Communication with all the staff was clear, concise and friendly and I didn't feel pressurised into any decision, the customer service was second to none.

Paul worked tirelessly to fit the kitchen and did a standout job.

I would definitely recommend anyone who is considering a new kitchen to go to Howdens.

Came to Howden's of Accrington in the hope that a part for a kitchen drawer front could be sourced. A gentleman Named Stephen Barnes assisted but could'nt help in store but did come to and check out the drawer unit at my home.He assured my husband and myself he would find the part. Long story short he did find the part and even delivered it to us. We have never dealt with Howdens before and would like to say Thank you for not only great customer Service but we now will use Bowden when we require a new Kitchen mainly down to such great service and help.given to us.

We are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen-it’s everything we hoped for and more. The team at the Accrington depot were great throughout the whole process.
