There was a problem with my order, my builder noticed and we told Howarth Timber right away. They asked for the usual photographs/videos and called me back. They rectified the situation and had some replacement wood out to me later that day. Great customer service.

the delivery time and date were agreed and the delivery was on time and the soil was placed where we asked it to be
