Misrepresented accommodation…

Misrepresented accommodation (impossible to access by friends in Rome (Palazzo Massimo Boutique Piazza Venezia) and stank of scent my wife couldn't handle - Booked new hotel and lost $2800 for two nights as owners and Hotels.com denied even the discussion - cancelled Platinum membership and will never use any Expedia site again. UTTERLY HOPELESS SERVICE!

Easy to navigate sight and complete

Easy to navigate sight and complete. Interesting my wife was on her phone looking at same room for same dates, and it was quoting her a more expensive price. She usually does the booking.
