It took forever to chk in after driving 9 hrs because the girl at the desk had to call to get the info from Expedia because it wasn’t sent hotel room was hot and turning ac down didn’t help woke up to a roach crawling on the picture next to the bed at 430am we packed up because we were grossed out saw two more roaches on counter top. On the lobby floor there was a roach the size of a shrimp! Dead fish floating in koi pond outside. There is no way this hotel should be rated very good!!
