Worst Hotel Experience of My Life!
I paid nearly €5,000 for a five-night stay expecting a luxury experience and instead found rooms with the soundproofing of cardboard walls. Loud music, shouting, doors slamming and staff activity continued late into the night, making sleep impossible.
Management acknowledged the problem but did NOT provide any effective solution. At checkout, after days of complaints, I was charged without authorization, treated with a shocking lack of respect, and left feeling humiliated and completely unsupported.
The most disappointing part is that despite multiple emails, messages and formal complaints, I never received any meaningful response, compensation or accountability.
This hotel sells itself as luxury, but my experience was noise, poor management, broken promises and total disregard for guests.
AVOID IT. One star is far too generous. ⭐
