Hosticasa Arvostelua 39

Very similar issues to others on here.
Checkin was from 3pm but we waited over an hour in a local cafe for the checkin support to meet us and take us to the apartment. Then waited for him to photograph parts of the apartment as evidence for Hosticasa.
During our stay we were incorrectly informed there’d be cleaning after 7 days - none. One external shutter was missing and the induction hob was faulty. Nothing was done despite contacting them during the stay.
200€ security deposit was then taken from our bank with no information from Hosticasa. After contacting them they stated there was misconduct by us during our stay. Yet on our exit we were sent feedback that we had been excellent guests.
They claimed there was oil on bedding and mattress and we’d broken the shower handle. No photographic evidence.
We have informed Booking.com and our bank.

Wohnungsqualität ist am unteren Limit.
Wohnung wurde mit schönen Foto's beworben - jedoch bei Ankunft war die Ausstattung nicht mehr anzutreffen, verändert oder nicht mehr funktionsfähig.
Auch nach Kontakt mit dem Unternehmen kam keine Lösung und man ging auf Tauchstation.
Kein Internet - kein Geschirrspüler - Mikrowelle statt Ofen.
Deutliche Feuchteschäden im Bereich des Daches bzw. der Klimaanlage.
Kleine Rückvergütung erhalten.
Foto's in der Anzeige sind weiterhin unverändert.
Finger weg vor solchen Angeboten.

Hosticasa is unqualified to manage properties! None of our complaints was rectified during our 3 week stay at "Suntower Arona - Seaviews & Pool - next to beach" in Tenerife.
No towel change, no linen change, no replacement of rusted kettle, no towel napkins, no chopping board, glass doors and windows do not lock, slow response to emails.
Although we were refunded 10% of our vacation cost, it was an unpleasant experience we wished did not happen!

Stay clear! Poor communication, poor response time to resolve issues! Booked via Vrbo who just wash their hands and redirected to Hosticasa.

By far the worst management company I have ever dealt with in 40 years of travel.Dishonest and incompetent.Stay clear.

They scammed us. Took our deposit and don’t reply to emails or WhatsApp. They told lies saying we caused damage. It’s a scam. They are so unproffesional. They tell you have caused damage and they also don’t turn up on time to meet you with the keys to your stay. This company steal your money. It’s the worst hotel and apartament company i have ever had dealings with.

Insulted my elderly mother and left her standing in front of the apartment house at midnight after a 12 hour trip including a broken engine in the aircraft. They knew, I told them. They just left her there. In an unknown environment abroad at midnight without speaking Spanish and refused to let her in because she did not fill in some field in the online check in form and could not even fix it, because in her age she does not see well at night.

Muy buena ubicación. Destaca la limpieza y el orden. Muy buena respuesta de la empresa ante cualquier sugerencia.

Todo muy bien. Una casa muy práctica para grupos grandes. Muy cómodas las camas y los diferentes espacios. Sencillez, rapidez y amabilidad en la gestión de la reserva

Experiencia nefasta.
Para empezar la ubicación no corresponde cn la casa. Nos pegamos muchísimo tiempo buscando la casa que alquilamos y llamábamos y no nos cogían el teléfono, empezamos mal..
Cuando llegamos por fin a la casa, era un total desastre había un señor diciendo que estaba limpiando, nose que esta limpiando porque la verdad que esta todo sucio, cristaleras hupersucias polvo y suciedad por todos lado, lo insectos y cucarachas por todos lados tmbien.
Lavadora y lavavajillas con muy mal olor.
Un calor terrible y los ventiladores y el aire acondicionado sin funcionar..
La televisión sin canales analógicos, ni si quiera contaba con cuenta de Netflix, tuvimos que poner la nuestra...
Las camas sin hacer, la limpiadora llegó a la casa a las 23.00 de la noche para hacer las camas y traerme toallas, a todo esto yo con mis hijas de 4 y 11 años, deseando irse a la cama con mucho sueño...
La piscina sucia, y el motor no estaba en funcionamiento 7 días con la piscina sucia.
Y ya el colmo de los colmos, tienen que devolvernos una fianza que dimos de 400 euros, que jamás hemos visto y se tiran la pelota los unos a Los otros y ni rastro de la fianza, son unos estafadores y unos incompetentes, eso sin hablar d las malas gestiones...
Sin duda no volvería ni recomendaría jamás a nadie de ninguno d sus alquileres...

Ha sido un acierto elegir el alojamiento en Las Canteras. Las palmas. El apartamento increible y la atencion recibida por parte de Hosticasa ha sido excelente. Experiencia muy recomendable.

Definitely value for money

Fue una hermosa experiencia. La relación calidad-precio es justa y definitivamente recomendaré este lugar a mis amigos. También hice una reseña de 5 estrellas en Booking. PD. Todavía estoy esperando la devolución del depósito. Probablemente en estos días haya que transferirlo a la cuenta.

I had a really good stay in a nice rural house. But after arriving home they didn’t want to refund the deposit of 200 euros. They stated that I caused damage to a table. This is definitely not true. I noticed the damaged when checking in. It is a total scam! Stay away!

Mijn vriend en ik hebben een appartement van Hosticasa gehuurd via Airbnb. Bij aankomst in het appartement viel het ons al snel op dat het niet schoon was en niet precies hetzelfde als op de foto’s. Ze adverteren met mooie foto’s waarop het verzorgd en schoon lijkt, dus dit is erg misleidend.

Hier is een samenvatting van wat er allemaal vies is aan het appartement:
• Overal op de muren en het plafond dode muggen met veel bloedsporen.
• Schimmel aan de douchekop in de badkamer.
• Handdoeken met bruine vieze vlekken erop.
• De “slaapbank” ziet er smerig uit en is doorgezakt.
• Het bed is al lang niet verschoond en heeft haren, gele vlekken en bloedvlekken.
• De koelkast is niet schoongemaakt en heeft veel vieze vlekken.
• Overal op de muren zitten zwarte vegen en andere ranzige dingen waarvan ik niet weet wat het is.
• Het slaapkamerraam is kapot en kan daardoor niet dicht.
• Vlekken op de gordijnen.
• Het terrasmeubel is helemaal geroest en valt bijna uit elkaar van ellende.

Na aankomst hebben mijn vriend en ik meteen contact gezocht met de host en het probleem uitgelegd. Ter compensatie zouden ze een schoonmaker sturen, maar deze is uiteindelijk helemaal niet komen opdagen. Omdat het appartement zo vies was, moesten we de hele tijd buiten wachten totdat er een passende oplossing kwam. Na erg lang gewacht te hebben, hebben wij om 20:30 besloten om het heft in eigen handen te nemen en zelf een ander verblijf te boeken, omdat we hier geen nacht wilden doorbrengen. Nadat we de host hiervan op de hoogte hadden gebracht, kwam er geen enkel excuus. Erg teleurstellend!

Ik raad iedereen ten zeerste af om hier te boeken! De klantenservice is slecht en de advertentie die zij plaatsen klopt niet en is misleidend. Zelfs als ik geld zou krijgen, zou ik hier geen enkele nacht willen verblijven. Het is schandalig!
