Upset...

I got all my things but, I ordered the 3-5 day shipping which I believe was an extra $15. I got everything 8 days later. I was pretty upset because I spent the extra money just for it to come late when I could have got free shipping because I spent over $70.

Fast, Correct, and Easy To Use

I have ordered many products from HorseLoverZ and I have never had an issue. I've had packages delivered almost next day on standard delivery. However, I've had some packages take almost a week to arrive. So I think its hit or miss. But my orders are always correct and their site is so fast and easy to use. I think they recently added text message notifications, because I got the option to add that to my recent order, and was very impressed with the messages I got about my order.

Even though their shipping is …

Even though their shipping is expensive, I have never had a problem with any orders or products purchased from Horseloverz. Great company, I just wish their shipping was less expensive!!

I ordered 3 things

I ordered 3 things, one of them was how it was supposed to be. I ordered a hot pink and black (black was the main color with hot pink accent to match show shirt) show saddle blanket. It ended up being some gross maroon color with very little black on it, not usable in the show ring. The other was a halter that came from India that I refuse to use because I don't think it is made from cow hide. I would have never bought it if I'd known it was from India.
I also paid for the expedited shipping which was a waste of money. Normally they get stuff to me very fast. I had ordered well over a week before I needed the things. Ended up getting them the week after the show.
They need better descriptions for the product they sell.
