Hook & Flanker Arvostelua 

I placed an order for a fleece on 3 September. The website says despatch within 2-4 days. It has been over 2 weeks and I have had no communication beyond my initial order confirmation. As with the other recent reviews, I have tried the live chat, submitting a query and messaging the business Instagram account - all with no response whatsoever. I even joined a TikTok live that the founder was doing while making orders to try to find out about my order and despite promising that all placed orders would be sent out by the end of the week, I have still heard nothing. Really gutted because the fleece looked so nice but I wouldn't waste your money.

Placed an order for 3 fleeces as a nice gift for myself and my friends coming into rugby season. Received confirmation on the 3rd sept and then...nothing! Multiple emails, instagram dms, chat bots, lost order requests etc. etc. etc. The customer service isn't even bad it's completely non-existent. 48hr delivery was what was advertised - a complete joke. I'll keep trying to get my money back but DO NOT buy from these.

Ordered from them at the start of September, their delivery says it will be 48hrs and still not received it. I’ve emailed twice, talked to someone on their live chat asking for an update but still not heard anything. Really poor service!

Placed an order, received confirmation but no update on dispatch. Tried to email but had absolutely no reply, worst customer service I've received. Tried to cancel order and it says I'll hear back but no reply

Ordered 2 fleeces and it said Royal Mail 48 hours. It’s been nearly 2 weeks now and I’ve heard absolutely nothing. I’ve sent an email to customer support, nothing. I’ve sent a message to their instagram, nothing. I’ve submitted a query, nothing. Awful company, can’t even cancel my order so that’s £60 down the drain.

Ordered a fleece which never arrived. Tried contacting them via email, contact us forms and 'live' chat with no response. Unable to get refund due to no communication for an item that I didn't receive.

There seems to be a trend with this company, having read other reviews.
Placed an order for a fleece, was notified 6 days later that there has been a shipment. Contacted Royal Mail who advised me they are still waiting for the item.
I have complete the online enquiry form - no reply. I have sent emails - no response. I have tried to contact the company via their social media - no response.
It is absolutely appalling, communication is terrible.
They are breaching under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and my next step will be to complain through the ombudsman.
I do not recommend purchasing through this company.

I ordered a fleece and a t-shirt in July. When my parcel finally turned up in late August, there was no t-shirt in it. I have tried the website chat (a bot that goes in circles), the customer service form, and emails over a dozen times. Over 3 weeks later and still no response to any of my communication. Absolutely dreadful customer service, incomplete order, extremely disappointing overall. This is the second time I’ve ordered from H&F, definitely the last.

still waiting for a refund.£30 tee shirt is not a lot but you still want your money refunding if you don t get anything .it wouldnt be bad if someone would reply

The jumper is very comfortable and fits really well. My order arrived super quickly, and without any issues. Highly recommended for any rugby fan!

Ordered way back at the end of November 2024. It is now May 2025 and still not once have I received any correspondence. Ordered the 6 Nations jumper for my wife for Christmas - 6 Nations has well and truly been and gone! I almost forgot about this order but they don't deserve to get away with it. Multiple e-mails and DM's and nothing when chasing my order. I even e-mailed there customer support as recommended after the Christmas period to file my order as missing and never had a reply either. They are still however happy to continue promoting there products on social media and spam me with newsletters but don't have the decency to make any contact. Avoid like the plague.

Terrible customer service. Parcel was sent to wrong address. Told them before parcel was sent. Customer service too slow to reply so was sent to wrong address. Was asked to go to the wrong address but unfortunately was over two hours away so not possible. Wrong address didn't accept at the door so got sent back. Still haven't received my jumper after two months of waiting.

Overall a great experience! The fact that items are made to order and delivered within the same week is great. All of the products are great quality and I look forward to buying more items as they get released!

As many have written already, the delivery experience and connected communication left an awful lot to be desired. Some level of recognition must be given to a small business seeing a spike in sales, but I do wonder if the company could have just changed the 6 nations fleece to "sold out" rather than knowingly accepting orders they could not fulfill in a satisfactory timeline/fashion.

Regarding the fleece, which is priced at more of a premium than basic level, it again was below standard. The internal badge was frayed on arrival, and after 1 wash and wear, the stitching on the front has started to come undone. Again, I understand the business has changed their sourcing/manufacturing so potentially this is resolved ongoing, but ultimately disappointing that my support of a small business is not effectively returned in the product received.

Ordered as a Christmas present for my wife but the wrong size was sent by the company in error. A simple mistake but despite many repeated emails, contacts through the web page etc I cannot get any response from the company to arrange for the correct size to be sent. I had a lot of sympathy for this small business for the delivery challenges they experienced in the run up to Christmas but to not respond to any of my repeated requests is unacceptable. It is now mid February, maybe I will have to resort to a credit card chargeback, which I did not want to have to do. Maybe they will respond to this review quickly and I can avoid this…

2 months after ordering, I have messaged the Instagram multiple times, emailed, and filled in a missing order from - still no response!

Frustrating and disappointing as it was a Christmas present ordered a month in advance. Still not recieved the order or any contact at the time of this review (10th Feb).

Best fleece I’ve ever worn, so comfy I had to order a matching one for my grandma and the customer services team were amazing when I reached out to them!

Seems to be by posting on here is the only way to get a response.

Told to contact via email if I still wanted the jumpers I ordered back in November or if I wanted a refund. Sent an email stating I still wanted them but then no response since.

Going away for the match on the 22nd Feb and still no jumpers ! :(

Such a shame when there are so many positive reviews from the customers who were fortunate to receive their orders.
