I have been using hoodakai and Benz travels for sometime now but the experience I received from Kate was really good she tells you a price and sticks to it please avoid PAM as she will try her best to rip you off and her customer service is terrible I have had a really bad experience with PAM

Flight booked, outbound Gulf Air fine... return cancelled re middle east. Travel Agent responsibility to help reschedule & assist return. They continue to claim 'not us' but it's not airline ... its clearly stated. We're pensioners, they left us high, dry & stressed & stuck!! Come on guys.. be fair & do your job to assist. Don't ignore emails & shift the blame !!!!!
