Terrible dishonest seller. Never received notification shipment went out, no tracking number.
After patiently waiting a weekend and a few days I wrote asking for an update. I received no comment just a tracking number. (finally) The item had been sitting in the courrier branch idle for 5 days with no explanation and no attempted delivery. By the time I contacted the DHL in the morning the product was marked as incorrect address (a lie) and was heading back.
The seller is ignoring my emails, has not given any reimbursement, yet by now has the expensive products on their shevles! Never again!

Delusa non pensavo mai che su un ordine di 155 euro mi sono arrivate tre confezioni dove mancavano delle fiale per un totale di 8 fiale.ho fatto reclamo ma per quasi un mese niente risposta .dopo mio sollecito mi hanno offerto un buono di otto euro ma io non intendo fare più aquisti. Fate molta attenzione

Llevo 3 años realizando pedidos y siempre han cumplido. Los mejores precios (comparado con los productos que se venden aquí) y productos que no se comercializan en España a precios muy competitivos. Siempre cumplen y el embalaje es perfecto. Se tarda unos días en recibir el pedido, pero nunca se han demorado más de la cuenta.

Tras leer algunas opiniones, estaba dudando si utulizar el servicio, pero mi experiencia ha sido totalmente satisfactoria. He recibido todos los artículos en perfectas condiciones en un paquete perfectamente empaquetado y antes de hora! Pagué con Paypal y solicité DHL Economy. Volveré a comprar sin duda.

Very frustrating experience! I placed an order for 2 boxes of orthamol vitamins and only got one. Shop refused to take any responsibility and said it was not 2 boxes, but 2 tablets per day ( its not true it's 3). They offered to send the box back, but I already paid international postage once and paying postage again is hardly worth it. Dishonest company, but now I can see from reviews that some people did not receive their orders at all I guess I should be glad to receive at least something. Avoid if at all possible!

Il farmaco arrivato era sbagliato e non ho ancora ricevuto i soldi del reso !!! Ho dovuto anche pagare per restituirgli la merce. Pessimi

en 4 días llegó, una caja bien empaquetada con los 4 artículos que había pedido. Muy impresionado y los usaría de nuevo.

Devo essere sincera, dopo aver letto alcune recensioni ho fatto una prima prova di ordine (di circa 200€) per farmaci omeopatici veterinari e ho ricevuto mail alla conferma ordine, mail alla spedizione con relativo nr di tracking. L'ordine successivo, di quasi 300€, ha seguito lo stesso iter. Merce arrivata imballata ed integra (sono fiale). Per cui posso dire che tornerò sicuramente ad acquistare trovando una notevole convenzienza rispetto all'Italia.

I was initially reluctant after read some reviews but my clinic recommend me the page. They have been so brilliant and I get my remedies in 48 hrs. So fast considering they are comming from Germany and I live in UK. All items sent by DHL. Webpage is so easy to manage and buying process is clear. I highly recommend it despite the shipping costs are a bit high.

Beware of this business as they are operating like scammers. Thank God i used PayPal to place my order. I never got neither an order confirmation email or an associated tracking email while placing the order.
After a week of unsuccessfully trying to get in touch with them, i filed a claim against them in PayPal. The seller, in extreme panic, replied within 5 minutes of placing my claim and of course tried to lie their way out of a stressful situation by immediately shipping the item ordered 10 days ago and providing bogus excuses such as that maybe their email was screened by the email service. LOL.

Ho acquistato nel loro sito dei prodotti omeopatici non più disponibili in Italia. Il pacco è arrivato dopo 6 giorni dall'ordine. Pagato con Paypal. Spedizione con DHL Standard. Consigliato.

Ottimo negozio su tutto tranne riguardo il reso, dal 28 Aprile che ho fatto un ordine che ho subito restituito è non mi hanno ancora fatto il reso.
Sono molto delusa

Al primo ordine tutto ok, al secondo mi è arrivato un farmaco per un altro....

Attenzione! I prezzi sono molto competitivi e gli ordini arrivano in 5/10 giorni, ma se c'è qualche problema con la spedizione NON SARETE MAI RIMBORSATI.
E' molto rischioso perchè il cliente non viene assolutamente tutelato.

Compré una vez un medicamento esencial para la alergia de mi hijo que no se vende en España, y llegó en 4 dias. Hoy he realizado un pedido que he debido cancelar a los pocas horas debido a que el medicamento me llegaba por otra vía, y el propietario me ha cancelado y reembolsado a mi cuenta de Paypal en minutos dps de enviarle un correo. Un ejemplo de servicio al cliente y un milagro para los que no podemos comprar ciertos medicamentos esenciales que la mafia farmaceutica no vende aquí.

ho acquistato un farmaco. ho segnalato diverse volte di non averlo ricevuto e pur avendo pagato non ho avuto più notizie. mi sono rivolto ad altro venditore.

Ho acquistato da loro il 21 marzo 2021. Nessun pacco ricevuto così come nessun rimborso dei soldi. Pessima esperienza!
