Hominter Arvostelua

I had to choose almost everything for my new kitchen online, due to the coronavirus. Once I decided what kind of backsplash to go with, I was happy to find it at a better price at Hominter, and truly thrilled that it was delivered so quickly! I was puzzled at the five extra (completely unrelated, and very different) pieces of tile they included, but decided they must have been there just to fill the box up. They will probably be going some school's art class where they will be put to good use. :-)

I received my tile in a timely manner and it is beautiful. Very high quality. I love it. Thank you.

Took forever and and the product I can’t use cause it is paper thin tile. I asked previously if I can use on bathroom floor. Also the color is pink and not the purple I was selecting. I also tried calling custom support and it is impossible to talk to someone. Finally I want to return product and ask on another and have received no help.

Beautiful tile! Super fast shipping! Great doing business with them.

The most beautiful tile I have ever purchased
this is the second time I have purchased from Hominter. I am so happy with the results of this product.
thank you

The backsplash we picked was more incredible in person, Fast delivery amazing quality definately recommend

Very speedy delivery and the time is beautiful

These tiles are even more gorgeous in person. I'm so glad I purchased them. They were shipped well and fast as well.

I am so disappointed with this compan, I still have not received my purchase and I emailed asking for the status of my order and a delivery date. I never received a response back. If I don't hear back soon, I will request a refund for non-dellivery. Poor customer service!

Hominter came through for us! We needed extra tiles and thought we may have to tear and start over. They were the only company that had more of our tile! Lifesaver! And smooth transaction; good communication; quick delivery

My tiles are simply AMAZING! I love that the ordering process was easy, I was given an estimated delivery schedule, and the tiles were sent out promptly. The color and vibrancy were as clear as the sample that I ordered a year ago. Unfortunately, I was out of town when they arrived and it stormed the next day. However, the packaging was done so well that the box remained in tact and I was able to pick it up and move it without any damage to the tiles. Although I have not gone through each tile, the wrapping appears to have been done so as not to scratch or break the tiles. I appreciate the service and would order from them again without hesitation.

Amazing and expedient customer service. Excellent communication and feedback.
BEAUTIFUL tile

The tile we purchased is awesome! Everyone who sees it loves it! I would definitely recommend purchasing the gray and teal backsplash tile - it looks just like the picture!

I ordered a large order. The tile was exactly what I ordered but when it was delivered, the shipper just threw it over the fence and shattered it all. I contacted hominter and told them what happened, sent them pictures of the damaged tiles and they sent me replacements for each broken one. They were good to us. Thank you for your great customer service!

I thought time to deliver seemed too long.
However, it was around holiday season so it was somewhat understandable. I suspect it came directly from China.

The company from viewing on the internet appeared to an impressive fabricator in China of tiles.

I like the product and was a mosaic black and cream tile. It was the only one of its kind, style and stone I could find worldwide.

In spite of the delay I would recommend.
