Hominter Arvostelua

A large portion of tiles I purchased arrived broken & shattered. There was not much packing/protection between sheets of tiles and 75% of sheets were damaged. Customer service response has been very delayed; causing a major delay of my house project. They wanted to send out individual single pieces of tile and have me take off damaged ones and glue on the new ones to the currently damaged sheets. This is not what I paid for. Disappointed and lost money.

I’ve been waiting for my package going on 3 weeks. I contacted them asking about my package they told me I would get a tracking number. Here it is a week later and I still haven’t got a tracking number. I’m starting to believe this is a scam. Customer service sucks the communication is horrible. This was just a bad idea all the way around

Great customer service. I was finishing a shower tile job and my tile at the local tile store was back ordered three weeks. I ordered my tile Monday from Hominter and received it on Thursday. The job was finished by Friday. I would definitely use them again

The product is fine, however, this has been a totally frustrating and unsatisfactory transaction because:
1-Communication from Hominter is slow and difficult
2-The order was not complete, and is still not complete
3-Although Hominter says the missing sheets have been shipped, the USPS tracking site indicates the post office still has not received the package of the missing sheets and I paid for expedited shipping
4-No resolution for the missing sheets has been offered after repeated email correspondence regarding the matter

Delivery was faster than I expected and the tiles are beautiful!

Beautiful Tile I paid for the expedited shipping and received my tiles in a timely manner and in perfect condition

My tiles are absolutely gorgeous! I can't wait to see them up!

The tile got here quicker than I expected and seems to be in good order.

The only place that I was able to find exactly what I was looking for! Reasonably priced and shipping was fast! The pictures do it no justice it is absolutely beautiful!!! Highly recommend!!!

Unfortunately the item ordered, although described as a tile, is actually a tile face. Makes mounting these tiles a bit more challenging than it should.

Received in just a few days. Very beautiful tiles. Very small scratches on the stainless on a few due to handling, I guess.

My order was fulfilled very quickly and correctly, which was great. However, a significant portion of the sheets of tile were slightly damaged (i.e., edges of glass tiles had been chipped by abutting natural stone in the mosaic). I elected to move those tiles to out-of-sight locations rather than inquire about replacements. I did inquired about installation requirements for my tile but never received a response.

Exactly as advertised and delivered within an acceptable timeframe. Well-packed.

The tile was quickly shipped and packed very well. Nothing broken at all. The tile itself is beautiful and I can't wait to install it!

We found the most beautiful tile on the internet. Not knowing the company we were hesitant. Our order was shipped quickly, it was packaged well, and tile is exactly as it was pictured on the internet, beautiful!!

Beautiful mosaic tiles
These mosaic tiles are very beautifully made and arrived surprisingly fast. Highly recommend their products.

I Received all the tile within a week. I received them in multiple deliveries, with multiple tracking numbers.
I am happy with my tile order. They are Beautiful !

Hello, I wish I could write a review on customer service as glowing as your your BEYOND gorgeous tile. Yet, I can't. Perhaps, you can work on communication skills w/you 'chat' people. IF you can do into your computer and look at the 'chats' you made be able to see examples that will be helpful to you. IF you note the multiple requests for tracking information in WORDS, NUMBERS AND VIA WRITTEN email you will see another of your businesses issue.

It was distressing. I've work w/three other tile companies on my project and they were respectful, FUN EVEN!

I wish your staff was a high caliber as your tile.

As of now. If I need more tile I am not even going to go to your website so I don't see something beautiful

Beautiful tiles, shipping was fast. Very nice company.

3/8” tiles are very hard to find! I was delighted to come upon your website and find the beautiful sheets of mixed mid century colors that were perfect for my teak cart. The quality is excellent and the colors are vibrant. Exactly what I was looking for. Thanks so much.
