HOLIDAYCROWD PVT LTD Arvostelua

Excellent service provided by Holidays crowd team and specially Falak. She was able to resolve all queries and problems very quickly.

We travelled to Bali, Indonesia through Holiday Crowd. It was very good experience with them. Hotel selection was good, travel arrangement that includes pickup from airport, sightseeing and drop to airport was 10 on 10. Driver Maka was very caring, soft spoken and punctual. We have completed our destinations on time in full. Selection of Villa was fabulous. Selection of Ferry (BOAT) was also good. We were getting all the entry tickets of every location before time. Would highly recommend the company to be tried.

My Bali family tour of 7 days for 4 adults was planned well and executed flawlessly by Holidays Crowd. We enjoyed fully in the best budget and every event went off very well. It was a great pleasure to engage with Neha of Holidays Crowd for planning and executing the tour. I recommend Holidays Crowd for all future tours.

Overall a good experience as this was my first solo trip. The hotels and the travel arrangements were good. It would be great if the team also appoints a local tour guide within the package.

We, 17 people, booked through to Gangtok from Chennai for 8 days through holdays crowd. The arrangement made by the company is excellent. The travel arrangement and hotel arrangement are fantastic. We enjoyed a lot as a group. The selected hotels are reliable for cleanliness, food and hospitality.

We booked logistics for 10 days and travelled in Meghalaya and Sikkim. Professional drivers, good response and had great trip. My five stars to them.

Completed a well organised honeymoon trip with help of Holiday crowd. Thanks Ankita and Vibuti for arranging the best Hotels for stay and travel arrangements for making our trip best and memorable.

Ankita thank you very much, you made our trip so comfortable, staying hotel also comfortable, car and driver too good, driver also so nice person, once again thank you Ankita and her team members

Thanks Holiday croud to provide us an unforgettable memory with their round the clock assistance.
The package they provide us was very good.
Ankita and vaishnavi both were very helpful and provide us flexibility in our package planning without any second thought..

So I really thank Ankita and Vaisnavi on behalf of me and my wife to help us making beautiful memories with our north east trip.

Thanks again.
Highly recommended

We went on a trip to meghalaya . The experience was surreal. The holidaycrowd team managed all changes in plan due to rains without hassle and ensured we had a pleasant trip.

We travelled to Sikkim booked via Holidays crowd.
Visited Gangtok, Pelling and Darjeeling. Earlier plan was Gangtok - Lachung - Gangtok - Darjeeling. It was very heartwarming experience in Natu la pass.
Tsomgo lake view was very beautiful surrounded by mountains. It was a really breath taking experience in travelling itself rather destinations we reach. Well-coordinated and guided by Ms. Neha throughout the journey. She responded for all queries immediately and promptly. Hotel experience was good in Amor Gangtok, Very Good in Pelling ( Magpie pachhu village resort ) and Darjeeling wonder wood hotel experience was not at all good. In wonder wood hotel no proper breakfast and was delayed by 30 mins. Better to avoid this hotel to stay.
Some of good memories - Playing with snow by children at Natu la pass.
Yak ride at Tsomgo lake.
Nice photo clicks at Budda Park
Nice experience at glass bridge in Pelling.

The package that I chose was comfortable and the hotel rooms were decent.

Our Bali adventure with Holidays Crowd, deserving a solid 5-star review.Holidays Crowd went above and beyond, ensuring our trip was seamless and memorable. The attention to detail and personalized care truly set them apart. If you seek an extraordinary travel experience, Holidays Crowd is the epitome of excellence. Highly recommend their top-notch services!

The communication should have been more better. We booked for Holidayscrowd and initially it was a nice experience. But a little messed up during our cherapunji trip. Though NEHA gave an alternative options which we opted for but the other side the sales guy was rude and his behaviour was not that good. Not at all appreciated. Am writing and changing my reviews based on the experience what we are getting from NEHA'S END. But once the trip will be over, I'LL GIVE MY FINAL COMMENT ON THIS. As of now one thing , please try to understand other people's situation and that is both side based on what they are going through.
Even if I book for my next trip, I'll prefer to talk to Neha, rather than any sales person from Holidayscrowd. But overall, as of now the experience is OKAYISH!!
Hope this review helps and also my next review will too.

I had a bad experience in Vietnam with this tour company. They don't listen to customer's complaint once they get paid off. I my tour i complain about the service they don't even bother to reply at that time and after words started arguing on that. Even I was asked to pay extra amount at the time of check out. Worst experience. i won't recommend anyone to take service from holiday crowd.

Unfortunately, there is no option to give negetiv (*), else would have given a hundred negative starts.

This is the second time I had the worst experience with them! I gave them a second chance but a huge disappointment was a reward!

For my recent trip to Himachal:
1. They arranged a third class taxi which finally broke down in Hills!

2. Check-out in of the hotels was not allowed as these guys didn’t make payment to the Hotel!

3. Despite the initial warning on bad taxi, they did nothing!

4. It’s a waste of money, if you go with them!

Pathetic-Pathetic-Pathetic!!

We had the pleasure of interacting with the owner of Holidays Crowd, and their personalized assistance made our trip exceptional. Their helpfulness was outstanding.
