Excellent company, Holford Connect is a brilliant product
A great company with excellent customer service. I've been using Holford Connect for years to control my homocysteine levels - this is, as far as I now, the only single product on the market to do this without taking a combination of supplements. Over time, this product has reduced my level from 25 (scary!) to just 12 (very much better!). I will continue using it and monitoring every year.

Bad customer service experience
I have left a previous review but today I have to express my disappointment at their customer service. They don't answer their phone during working hours. You get a message to leave a message. I emailed them as well and they are not fast at responding. My problem was with login on to the website where the site didn't recognise my password. I tried several times being very careful what I entered but made no difference. I was able to log in recently without a problem so I know the password was correct. After several attempts, I tried resetting it but didn't recognise the password either. I don't rate highly the way that website is designed. Why don't they let you see the password you are entering? That would avoid this type of problem.
Anyway, I finally got a response with an extremely patronising email and not offering a solution. Do this people want the business or not? Dreadful!

Disappointed
I am yet to see if the nutrients work, which I very much hope so, as I trust Patrick Halford’s expertise and wealth of experience. However, I have struggled to subscribe for the Health Club and till now, the technical issue/ I was told/ has not been resolved. The website advertises the benefits of becoming a member but I waited too long and no answer to phone calls or acting on the issue. It puts me off considering the products, which is a shame. Really disappointed and that is why the two stars only.

We are sorry that you have had such problems with the Health Club and consequently ordering.
We are experiencing some technical difficulties with the Health Club system at the moment due to software upgrades that have thrown out systems that were previously working. We are working to resolve these with our web developer, as well as on a new website that is structured differently which is the long term solution.
We have a fantastic range of health products and really don't want you to be deterred from benefiting from them. We are happy to take your order over the phone – 0370 3341575 - and are then able to provide the 20% discount. Many of our products are also available on Amazon.

Digestpro has helped me get reflux under control combined with caution as to what foods and drink I should avoid. That's after 15? years of GERD! Two major London hospitals acknowledged the product's impact on their reports re my health condition I have in my throat!
Recently tried the multivitamin and immune C which I'm v happy with through this difficult flu season. Everyone else seems to be coughing but I'm not. I do wear a military mask as added protection to my throat condition which I've done since 2017. The combo of that and the vitamin D 3000 i.u. Patrick has developed is proving to be a great combo & with his great discount as a member, I'm more than happy to continue.
