Ordered something on the 19th and still…
Ordered something on the 19th and still waiting for a confirmation email to collect. It’s just 1 CD that is meant to be a gift and online it says click and and collect is easy and takes between 2-5 days.. still waiting after 8 with no updates on where the order is. I wouldn’t recommend this service and I’m just disappointed my item isn’t available on Amazon as it’s a much better shopping experience

I was served by a very pleasant young lady on my first visit to the Warrington store and she knew what she was doing when ordering the videos I wanted. The DVD were delivered promptly which I thought was good service. The young man who dealt with me on my second visit was equally pleasant and efficient when I collected my DVDs. Your staff were lovely.

The best soundtrack of the year

After being frustrated by not being able to use my gift card online Beth H was very helpful and patient in ordering my DVD in-store. I picked a quieter time as I am slower than younger customers and often feel rushed when queuing . Beth's service was therefore much appreciated
