Great and easy ordering system
I ordered a blu ray to be delivered to the Southend on sea store.
The girl was very helpful and friendly.
After only 3 days I was notified via email that my order was ready for collection. Very happy, will use again.

Their communication was very poor not…
Their communication was very poor not keeping me updated when my vinyl was due to be in their store for me to pick up and the sales assistant has no clue what vinyl looks like she asked me if a dvd that someone else had ordered was mine.
