On my recent order i was surprised that it was delivered to the shop by royal mail rather than usual stock delivery , apart from that it was fine.

Very good online service and the shops are good as well. Excellent website easy to use and buy from. Romford shop is great excellent help. Find things which you can not find. Very polite.

I ordered a record as a Christmas gift…
I ordered a record as a Christmas gift for my niece, paid for the item (£35) in November, then just saw out of stock, new stock expected soon, but no other updates.
I missed Christmas and it has just been delivered, mid January.
Whilst is was packaged well, I’ve given 2 stars for the lack of communication and no opportunity to speak to a person about my order.
