The assistant who I placed the order…
The assistant who I placed the order for the CD for my niece’s birthday with was very helpful and explained the online reservation process. They also let me know that I would need to collect from downstairs when it had arrived. On collection, the assistant was again helpful and I was able to open the package and leave the cardboard at the store for recycling. I hadn’t realised that the CD would be individually packed.
Both staff were helpful and polite and the system worked easily as I received email updates so after it had been delivered I was able to collect on my next day working in the office. A good, simple and effective service.

When receipt machine chewed receipt. Nige sort out Lee.Who came and Sorted all out for me .Usual 5 star service. No panic just very Efficient.
