Whenever I'm at the store, employees are always jocund and helpful, which does add points for overall mood of the experience.

I bought the new Stray kids album ‘ATE’ and I bought it on the day of release, at the time it said it was sold out but I still bought it and it came only 6 days later and even included the preorder benefits without me even preordering it! Brilliant service
