I have recently ordered some earphones…
I have recently ordered some earphones online, however there is no signal of when it will be delivered, I have had no follow up emails since I ordered 2 days ago which I know is normal but I would prefer to know when my order has been shipped, sent to the local courier etc.

Great products at good prices
Overall happy.
Click and collect was a bit patchy though.
Item was on shelf, but I couldn’t pick it up because the same item had to be sent from a warehouse. Customers can be fickle. Treat them well.

No cheap bags
Went to the till with 3 vinyl albums on their £66 deal. I asked for a plastic bag but was told they no longer did plastic bags as they harm the planet. I was offered a material bag for £4.99 with the HMV logo on it. I walked out without buying the vinyls and went online when I got home. Bought the same three albums on next day delivery for the same price elsewhere. Why don’t these businesses sell cheap paper bags if they don’t want to use plastic ones?

Shop price was actually scam
Check website to see if the record was in store. Website had it for £20 not on sale. in store the exact same record was for sale for £60, triple the price!
That's a SCAM price and you know it. There's a reason amazon i beating you. They don't scam you

Fantastic store! A really nice young lady helped at store.
I was looking to buy headphones that they don't have in stock at store but she explained me I could pay at store and have it delivered at home. Delivery was great too.

went in to buy an album and the till had scanned the album more than the sticker. luckily I had noticed before I had left the store and the worker there was really helpful with the refund/exchange.
