Relaxing
Arrived to pick up my Bowie box set and was met by the most friendly lady who chatted away with me about Bowie and nothing was too much trouble regarding id etc. a lovely New Zealander.

I got my dvd a day before it was due to come. The staff are also great i couldn't remember the name of the dvd,I described the flim i wanted and he remembered what it was called.
