Excellent staff and service

Really fast with orders and good customer service

Box was in terrible condition and was ripped in seversl places throughout entire package. All held together by selotape yet outside packaging was perfect. This means somebody thought it acceptable to send a collectors piece in such terrible condition by selotaping together. Very dissapointed in the service.

Ordered a CD out of stock. Helpful shop employee, quick delivery, collected in store.

I ordered this item from you to not use Amazon and support a local store. I ordered the item about midday on Fri 30/8 and was led to believe it would be a couple of days. As I’d not heard it was in store and was in Bluewater on Weds 4/9 I popped in to see if it had arrived and the guy went to have a look and came back to say it wasn’t but couldn’t give me a date. I got home no more than an hour later to receive an email to say it was in Store! I had to return on Friday to collect it. I did think at the time this would have been so much easier if I’d bought it from Amazon! You need to be more efficient and have better guidance for customers such as dates.

Very good, very good quality, very good staff

The size of the store is a essential component, as it gives 'HMV' the ability to display more items. The store layout & interior design is also relaxing for me. The staff are also great, as they are not you're typical sales staff trying to push items in you're face, but rather more passionate about what they are selling, instead of being passionate about just selling. 'HMV' to me, really is a cultural playground for like minded people interested in preserving the in-store shopping experience, which is fills you with excitement & joy. What I would love to see in store would be, display screens showing new entertainment & music videos. Help to really take it back to that 90's in store shopping experience. I really do love the experience of 'HMV'.

I was trying to track down a cd for my husbands birthday .
The information I had was a bit sketchy to say the least . I had seen the folk band play recently on TV
A member of staff called John searched music catalogue and found it for me and ordered into store . Great customer service and very quick delivery.

Gift voucher purchase
Originally had difficulty finding and ordering DVDs and paying by gift voucher. The staff member at the Bluewater Store was very helpful, and looked on line for the DVDs, they weren't in the store, and we were able to use our gift card, and clearly explained about delivery, which we opted for and was free.

Very helpful staff member ordered item in store and this was sent via DPD unfortunately, because no one was home that day, didn’t receive CD until the Tuesday via Royal Mail but happy with service of HMV
