I don’t normally have to contact Hitpaw as their software is largely self-explanatory. However, when I contact them I can always guarantee a very prompt reply. Their knowledgeable and friendly staff are always willing to help, and any issue is quickly resolved. Recently I had an issue with upgrading my software, and they were able to help me out and resolve my problem both inmediately and efficiently. Many software suppliers hide their contact details or are slow to respond - if at all - so it’s heartening to do business with a company who has pride in their product and eager to support it!

HitPaw is the best photo editing software I’ve used for restoring and enhancing old pictures. It does an excellent job of bringing out clarity and detail without distorting the original image. Many programs tend to over-sharpen or artificially change facial features, but HitPaw preserves the natural look while still improving resolution and overall quality. The results feel authentic rather than overly processed. It’s also very easy to use, even for someone who isn’t a professional photo editor. With just a few clicks, older or low-quality images can look dramatically better. If you want to restore treasured photos while keeping them true to the original, HitPaw is an outstanding choice.

So I have using Many Hitpaw tools from last 1 year and u had to say that the user experience is awesome like as an editor the tools allow me to make my work flow more efficient and the best part is there customer service which is like cherry on top so if you are creative professional I highly recommend them

Tried one of their products (7th February), cancelled immediately (within 10 minutes) as I saw that the product ran at a snails pace unless you purchased online tokens for faster export times. Requested refund but the company refused.

I had to go back and forth for a number of days as they continued to deny me a refund. I cited UK refund law: “If you bought the product online, you have an automatic 14-day cooling off period from the day after you receive your order, with some exceptions such as bespoke or made to measure products. If you wish to return a product within these 14 days, there doesn’t need to be anything wrong with the product.”

They then agreed to a refund (in writing) within 7-14 business days. That was the 11th February but I’ve still not had the money.

I’ve now had to contact my bank to chase this up.

Really poor and clearly they lie.

I took an old poor-quality video and "Hitpaw VikPea Video Enhancer" converted it into a high quality video. In the original video a person's teeth were just a blur. In the "Hitpaw VikPea" Video Enhancer" version of the video you could see and even count every tooth that was a blur on the original.

Flawless and rapid conversion of standard bitrate .mp3 files to 320 kbps. I found myself needing to convert low-res .mp3s to a higher bitrate. I searched Google for references for 320 conversion programs, and HitPaw came up in multiple "best of" lists. Signing up was easy, and there are at least 3 subsciption plans available and I found the pricing to be fair. I have not yet used the tool to convert .mov files, but based upon the easy process for converting .mp3s, I would expect the same performance. Highly recommended.

What a GREAT program. It really saved the day! I had some bad focus problems on a video and I couldn't fix it myself. The program fixed it completely
