My mom accidentally had me order the wrong team for a Christmas present for my dad. She didn’t realize this error until the following day. I emailed the support services on Thanksgiving explaining what happened, and i received a response back super quickly on a holiday which i wasn’t expecting! The assistance I received for an error that was our own doing surpassed all my expectations!! This company is extremely humane, kind, and gracious! i will remember this experience for a long time to come! HIGHLY recommend!

Great gift, my partner loved it! We’ve been showing everyone and they would start flipping through all the pages and looking for the Super Bowl years. Came very fast and in great condition. Love that it is personalized!

I can't believe that I paid for this. I can't read at lest half of this 'book' as the print is much too small. The rest is a real struggle.I really feel I have been conned!
This is not a book it's a collection of pages of newspapers very much reduced in size to fit this publication. Its unreadable.

Purchased The Telegraph History of the Rugby World Cup. Book is really nice and was well packaged for delivery. Fantastic customer service with a minor issue of my own making.

WOW, a really phenomenal experience with Historic Newspapers. I saw the ad by chance on Instagram and I took the chance - I am thrilled that I did. I have been burned by previous Instagram purchases, not by this one. I bought a book for my husband which I know that he will be absolutely thrilled with. I asked questions and received excellent customer service too. I would highly recommend Historic Newspapers.

I ordered the Manchester United book for my husband.
The courier left it on my doorstep in very heavy rain.The item was ruined as it was soaked.
This was no fault of the company and when I contacted them, within 2 days the situation was resolved to my satisfaction.
My emails were replied to within 1-2 hours, they were polite and helpful at all times.

I would not hesitate to use this company again their Customer Service is an example to us all.

I have ordered a gift for my husband for his 50th. Still not received it and the tracking only states there is a delay. Contacted customer service and their response was this: Delays are always disappointing and while we’d hope that the sentiment of our books is still just as meaningful even if given a little later than intended.
I ordered it to give It on his birthday. Absolutely ridiculous

Your website says 1-3 days to manufacture the product + delivery time. Coming from the UK to Ireland, I would expect 5-7 working days. Currently, we are still awaiting the package ordered on 30th October (now 17th November). Your customer services department asked to wait until 1st December!!!!!

Somehow the package was sent to the Netherlands! The tracking system is terrible and it has been "in transit" to Ireland from Netherlands since the 12th November!!

I was so excited to get this for my partner and when I opened I am left speechless. I upgraded to the most expensive book and when it arrived the front cover is buckled and doesn't close and the picture quality is almost embarrassing. Considering how much I paid after I converted to Australian dollars and the postage charged was insane I feel absolutely ripped off and am completely unsure what to do with this book. The quality is beyond poor and it looks like someone made it at home. I am disgusted and feel like I have been robbed out of a huge amount of hard earned money and don't want to give this as a present. Its a joke and a rip off

I ordered weeks ago and still haven’t received the order. Plus it’s a timely gift that’s now late.

I was really disappointed. The book was much thinner than I expected - at least by half. The photocopied quality of the pages is poor. Blurred and hard to read. It definitely was not worthe the money

I won't even go there on the poor print and paper quality but who on earth thought this was a good idea for a gift. Think about it front pages. What do newspapers carry on their front pages? Rarely good news, the odd Royal wedding perhaps or baby. My book had one disaster after another, or serial killer, or rapist, death, distruction, misery year after year. Makes you want to not see the following year out. Avoid at all costs

Great service, received helpful advice from John when I asked for a particular newspaper on a specific date. I could not find a digital copy of the 1998 issue anywhere online, got a hard copy from Historic newspapers
An original 1998 newspaper arrived within a few days, along with a certificate of authenticity, thank you

Disappointed in the picture quality. Expected better resolution given the price

I was really impressed. Bought this as a gift for my boyfriend and he absolutely loves it! So happy.

The font is so small its not very readable.
