HiQ Tyres & Autocare - Stafford Arvostelua 

Came back off holiday to be met with a flat tyre - Spoke to HiQ Stafford and could fit me in the next day for a replacement. Was greeted with a warm welcome by William and the job was completed by Jamie - the tyre was fitted while I waited which was great! Booked an MOT & Service at the same time. Thankyou HiQ Stafford.

Excellent service. Very helpful. Professional quick service providing advice and completing repairs effectively. Fully booked, however created time to resolve my issue. Well recommended.

The staff were really helpful over my online booking enquiry. They helped me identify what I needed done and what my car didn’t need. It was very quick and efficient.

I took my C4 in for the rear springs to be replaced, they did a great job car feels a lot better driving now, also had a quote for two new tyres which I was happy with and had fitted, would definitely use HiQ Stafford again.

Very disappointing experience following a major service at HiQ Stafford. Normally, I’ve had my car serviced by the dealer but with their price increasing considerably I thought I would look elsewhere.

The car was dropped off at HiQ on Tuesday morning and was ready by the end of the day, and all seemed fine. On Saturday, I was having to leave early for a 400+ mile round trip and so on Friday evening I checked that the washer fluid level was full. I was surprised that I needed to add at least 2 litres when I had only driven the car less than 40 miles since the service – and it should have been topped up then. But this wasn’t the real issue.

While the bonnet was up, I saw the coolant level was well below the minimum level, so it had not been checked and topped up as is part of the major service.

I couldn’t believe that this had been missed and, as I was leaving early the next morning, there was no chance to take it back to HiQ to rectify before the journey. Luckily my brother had the appropriate coolant and I was able to top it up before the journey.

When you take a car to a garage, you have to trust that they are going to do everything they say – as it’s difficult to know whether they have carried out all the work. So when HiQ aren’t doing the basics like topping up screen wash and much more importantly, the coolant, you have to wonder what else they have missed that I can’t see. Did they really change the fuel filter? Did they really replace the pollen filter?

HiQ have certainly lost my trust and this will be my first and last service there.

Excellent service throughout from ordering to fitting.
Easy to use website and friendly staff at the branch. I would recommend.

MOT done at Stafford and no complaints at all as friendly and professional service received and all explained clearly for a simpleton like me to understand so will be looking to use again in the future as required.

Made a booking online for two new tyres fitting PM Sunday 29th May 2022 at the Stafford branch.
I turned up on time only to find it was closed!!🤬🤬
No phone call no Email no nothing.
As I needed the tyres ASAP I had to go elsewhere and paid nearly £80 more.
Not impressed won’t use again and will advise others to avoid.

Excellent service on site by courteous and knowledgeable staff.
Only problem and thus 4 stars is that it appears if you make order on Saturday and it states you can make a booking for the Monday this is not the case as the tyre will only arrive on the Tuesday and assume the same would apply for a Sunday order.

Popped in this morning having damaged my tyre on a pothole on my way from Norwich to Liverpool. Unfortunately they didn't have the tyre i needed in stock, or able to get it by the time I needed, but very helpfully rang round local contacts to find one that could help and I was back on the road in just over an hour. Thank you so much. I really appreciated the trouble you went to.

Ordered 2 tyre’s on Thursday evening for a Saturday fit, they arrived about an hour late, but the staff where excellent in keeping me informed.
They where fitted quickly and professionally.

Many thanks to HiQ in Stafford, for fixing a screw straight through my tyre, spoke to Mike on the service desk and he put Luke straight onto it, even put the spare neatly back and everything was perfect in super QuickTime thanks guys well recommended hi Q Stafford

I dont normally submit reviews because all reviews good or bad can be countered by later reviewers. But the more I think about this it needs to be said. I had four new? tyres fitted and on collecting two hours later found the tyres and wheels with white tyre lubricant over them, also the tyre walls were not black but tan, as though they had been marked with clay soil. I was told it would wash off, it took an hour of scrubbing. All tyres were over pressure by between 2.5 and 4.5 psi. By now I suspected the tyres provenance and checked the date code and the tread depth. The dates were ok but the tread depth is only 7mm, this may be the new standard for Pirelli Cinturatos but my last three sets were 8mm. What should they be?

I don’t normally do reviews or have the time with two small children, but this is absolutely necessary.
What an outstanding service by Jen at Stafford HiQ not only was she helpful, but friendly and polite and she really cared and wanted to help me out.

She helped me out massively, when another dealer up the road ( Halfords Autocentre greyfriars ) wanted to overcharge me for tyres after failing an mot and we’re very pushy and not very helpful at all.
Jen saved the day and saved me £80 from the Halfords quote too.
They were super busy at HiQ, but she helped me and fitted the tyres herself.
I’m so very grateful for all of her help and understanding that she gave.

I will definitely be back and now that I realise that they do MOT’s here too, I will book our car in for that too.

It’s great to finally find a garage who cares and doesn’t want to rip women off… it’s only taken 20 years! Thanks so very much.

Great service apart from not being rang when my car was ready. I had to guess and hope for the best.

I'm not really the type to leave reviews, but feel I should regarding my recent visit to Stafford Branch. I hat two vehicles that required an MOT and Andy the guy in charge there couldn't do enough and managed to get me booked in at short notice. Andy really is a Top Guy and great at what he does, very knowledgeable, friendly and most of all genuine. I'd highly recommend! Top Guy's! Danny.

Replaced a couple of tyres, then found a problem that was nothing to do with HiQ, but they fixed it FOC anyway. Above and beyond! Thank you.
