HiQ Tyres & Autocare - Preston Arvostelua 

Booked a service a month ago via the Book My Garage website at a good price. Garage rang next to day to confirm and took a £20 deposit to cover supplies like oil etc. Another call the next day to say they were struggling to get oil for my standard car and could only get premium oil at an extra cost of £40. I wasn’t happy paying this so then they found somewhere else but it would still be an extra £20. Again still not happy so I cancelled the booking and asked for my deposit back, they said they couldn’t put it back on my card so would need to do a bank transfer, which I thought was odd. I then had to chase my refund with them twice until I finally got it back a week later. Just had my service done elsewhere with no problems or extra charges for premium oil!! I feel that the garage were trying to make up the price difference for the service as I booked through a third party website 🤔

29th Nov - Editing today as although HiQ replied and asked me to email to look into this, it’s been two weeks since I emailed them and I’ve not even had a reply, so what does that tell you?

Tyre fitted within 20 mins of calling them. Competitive prices, great service and free drinks. What's not to like. 😀 10/10

My pickup was having power problems so I took it to HiQ after previously enjoying great service. The problem was quickly diagnosed and fixed but what most impressed me was the very effective and polite communication from the staff. I felt I was kept up to speed without feeling nagged. I will go back and would recommend them to anyone

My second time going there. The first time the service was really good and very personable which was why I booked again. The second time the service was just as good. I will be calling again. Highly recommended.

5* treatment as always. The lads were super cautious and careful with my brand new alloys and had to take 2 back off to fit Spigot rings and was still no hassle to them

To feel confident, after replacing new tires, I went to them for wheel alignment. I can't attach a photo but my tires were completely bald on the inside thanks to this company. Promised to contact me but ignored. They lie coming up with different reasons

Just lacked some attention in the complimentary drinks section, no sugar or milk , so had to have black coffee without sugar

Two tyres fitted, wheel alignment and aircon recharged. Great service and price, very friendly, I recommend HiQ and will come back next time

Ordered my tyres online and selected my fitting centre and time, I was contacted the same day to confirm my booking.
I received an email and text on the day of fitting telling me my tyres were at the fitting centre.
I arrived at the appointed time and was greeted by the centre manager, who confirmed my details, ask me to take a seat in the waiting area and help myself to a free coffee.
The tyres were fitted in 30 minutes and the car returned to me.
The process was simple and efficient. I will be using HiQ going forward and would definitely recommend them.

The staff at HiQ, Preston were really helpful when I had a ‘blow out’ on a tyre on the M6 and was led to their premises by Jordan of the RAC on Friday, 21 October. The service staff member replaced my tyre very quickly and the two ladies, Simone and Heather were very kind, showing me into a comfortable waiting area and making me a hot drink. All their help was greatly appreciated after what was quite a nasty experience on the motorway and I am very grateful to them.

The service provided was excellent. I had a very courteous phone call on placing the order, confirming the date and time of the tyre fitting. The fitter arrived at my house very promptly and quickly got on with job which was done to my complete satisfaction.
