HiQ Tyres & Autocare - Mountsorrel Arvostelua 

Not good customer service.
I booked two tyres online, for a slot which was given to me. On the day I received a phone call which I missed, asking what time I would going in. I rang back but there was no answer so I left a message, then I tried again, but again, there was no answer. When I went down to the garage, I was told that they had not received any messages. But worst still, they did not have the tyres I needed for my arranged time slot. And was told I could come back the following day. This was unacceptable as I needed the car that following day. I had taken the day off work to get this done. I spent the rest of my holiday racing round looking for someone to get some tyres for me. Therefore I do not recommend this company.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! My car was taken to HiQ Mountsorrel Loughbourgh on the 14th of March for work to start on the 17th of March. Initially everything was fine, and the problem was found within the first week. Since then, I have been hit with excuses after excuse as to why the car is not being worked on. At first, it was that they were unable to get hold of a new belt, then a belt was located and sent out (this takes 3-5 working days.) The belt that arrived was the wrong belt. I then had to wait over another week for the correct belt to arrive, by this time it was the 3rd of April. I was informed that there were other cars in the shop that had to be worked on, leaving my car to be worked on as and when the diary allows them to. But they were “working hard” to get me back on the road yet still not providing me with a form of transport.
On the 8th of April they stated that they found the car has a timing chain and that it had to be removed to get the wet belt out. By this time the car had been with them for four weeks and after asking numerous of times they still did not have a curtesy car to give to me nor would they reach out to another branch to get me one. On the 15th of April I was told that they were waiting for the timing tools to arrive. Nine days after on the 24th of April HiQ informed me that they are still looking for the tool. On the 29th of April it was confirmed that the tool had been ordered and was to be with the garage no later than the 2nd of May. I did not hear anything from the garage so after calling on the 2nd I was informed that nothing had arrived, and that the receptionist will try and follow it up after I had called.
This became very frustrating and coursed financial loss. With having three finance payments coming out over the course of the car being with HiQ, borrowing a spare car as and when possible, having to tax and insure for when two cars where desperately needed. On most days I have had to walk to take my children to school and nursery or relying on others to provided transport. I have miss days at University causing me to fall behind. I work on Saturdays where I have to take my husband’s car to work, on some days I have had to cut my days short to return the car putting me at a financial loss. Paid for events and appointments has been missed. Also, the physical strain it has put on myself.
I have reached out to HiQ head office multiple time asking for some form of compensation for my financial loss, to which they have said ‘we will investigate’ then no response. The are now just ignoring my emails. For a company that pride themselves on customer service they seem to lack heavily in this department.
Now the tool has arrived after I called I expressed my disappointment; this seems very convenient. A car may be provided to me but no guarantee. I am being told ‘we aim to get your car started…’ and other that cars are taking priority. Not once have I received an apology, just excuses after excuses.
After almost two months with HiQ and a lack of care on their behalf I do not recommend this company to anyone.
