From the moment I was sent messages and contacted with regards to making an appointment and reminding me of my appointment. Was contacted when car was ready for collection. 1st class service, will be using HiQ again.

The service at HiQ was first class
The service at HiQ was first class. The staff are very polite in the PJ Nicholls branch. We would definitely use this particular branch again.

Without prompting I feel I must say how…
Without prompting I feel I must say how professional and reliable the people at HiQ Malvern have been were my visits for an MOT/ Service/extra work over the years. Mr Mike Griffiths at the front desk is both very knowledgable and clear in my dealings with him and Mr Mark Evans is a superb Mechanic always giving sensible advice. I would not take my car anywhere else as i trust them and feel I get good service and a fair price. Happy New Year to all the Malvern Staff
