I have been using HiQ in Chichester for about 3 years now. The customer service is exemplary. When I had my last mot done they kept me up to date and fully informed of all the problems they encountered and dealt with them in an efficient and professional manner. When booking in for my car there has never been a problem in doing so. 5 stars all the way! I highly recommend them to anyone.

Impressive service and fair costs
Was impressed with speedily service and very reasonable pricing. Had car checked by alternative garage prior to HIQ and that garage’s costs were extremely expensive compared to HiQ. I would recommend HiQ Tyres and Autocare Chichester and will most definitely be a returning customer. Much appreciated.

I always use this garage to service my car, have done for years. It good to find someone who’s fair priced, doesn’t a good job and are honest.

Poor wheel balancing
Replaced 4 tyres and got annoying vibrations above 70mph free of charge. You should invest in a better wheel balancing machines and keep them properly calibrated. The rest was top notch.
