I came to know Samira Pour during my interactions with Hill's sales office. She made the process so easy and quick - followed up with relevant people in the company and introduced me to external people as well, which made the process fast.

Had a great experience during our sales process with Hill group at Kew bridge rise for our 3 bed apartment. Both Sameera and Dorota are extremely helpful and engaged with us actively throughout the process right from our first visit till we moved in the property.

I had a great experience with Peter Miller. The engineer arrived on time, was friendly, polite, and very professional throughout the visit. He replaced dishwasher door efficiently and left everything clean and tidy before he left. I’m very happy with the service I received and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Peter to anyone looking for a reliable and professional company.

Paul C carried out the work for us today, his workmanship is high class, and he even done a little touch up on a door which we weren't expecting. After he'd finished he gave the floor where he'd been working a clean(even though he hadn't made a mess). Really friendly guy, and a pleasure to speak to.

I had a gentlemen, Alan Deadman arrive to fix a crack and paint peeling in my bathroom. He arrived on time and was very friendly. He started straight away on the issue and once finished cleaned up any mess which was made. I think he and the company offer a very good service and this man in particular is a good example of customer friendly services.

Michael Chapman was really friendly. He took so much care with repairing the door, cleaning up any dust throughout the works. The repairs look great and I am very happy with it

After moving in there were the usual snagging requirements to be completed. Siana has been super helpful and has organised these to be completed as soon as possible and has kept me updated throughout. Bradley was assigned the work and he had been amazing. He has spent time to ensure the job is completed to a high standard and we are happy.

We had a problem with a window that we could not open and whilst waiting for the window company which was going to be 2 weeks Barry arrived from Hills - not only did he get the window open but he also removed the part that would cause it to happen again- this now means although the window still needs repairing we can use it normally - Barry was a very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly person who saved the day - thanks Barry !

Possibly one of the worse responses to a serious,detailed,justified complaint ( sewer smell in lobby) I have ever seen. Disappointing because Hill build quality homes and previous experiences have been good. Responses like the one received are never acceptable. Dismissive, impersonal and quite frankly, rude. Hill.... you have to do better, irrespective of whether you feel the complaint is justified or not. It takes little to be respectful to someone who has taken time to raise an issue.

Alan Deadman from the Hill Team did some repair work under the Hill guarantee scheme on my new house. Alan was courteous, professional and above all did a great job. Thank you also to Donna (Customer Services) for arranging the repair, the site team (Cranbrook site) who came to originally assess the issue and Hill for a great experience.

This is the second time Richard has helped me, and once again his work was absolutely impeccable. He previously repaired and painted the ceiling in my bathroom, and this time he fixed and repainted an area in my kitchen after some electrical work.

He was quick, professional, tidy and did a fantastic job. Everything looks perfect. Thank you so much, Richard! Highly recommended.

I visited Lampton Parkside during their most recent open day. Having lived in the area for a few years, I’ve watched this development grow over time. I recently had a baby, and it now feels like a very suitable place for our family to settle.

The area feels safe and offers excellent local amenities, including nurseries, schools, and shops, making it an ideal location for families.

Although I didn’t have a booking, I was kindly assisted by Hoss Eddin, who made himself available almost immediately. We first discussed what I was looking for, and he enthusiastically showed us around three different apartments. As first-time buyers who are still in the very early stages of arranging a mortgage, we really appreciated the time he took to explain everything. Hoss shared a wealth of knowledge, made the information easy to understand, and was very willing to support us throughout the process going forward.

There is a wide range of properties available to suit different budgets and life stages, which is a real advantage.

Overall, I would definitely recommend visiting Lampton Parkside if you’re considering living in West London. It offers easy access to both Central London and Heathrow Airport, while providing a safe, family-friendly environment with great local amenities.
