I was overcharged a lot but thankfully customer services got in touch and are issuing a justified refund.

I got scammed while I tried to purchase online on April and it been recurring deducting my money after 2 weeks please I need help to stop this.2 days back they deducted R166 but back then they have been deducting R35s I have even blocked my card because there is always money that been deducted please help me

Just received an email from Clare regarding my complaint, it has changed my opinion completely this company does care. Will let you know outcome when money lands in my bank.

I was emailed April 8 that I will get my refund, finally I have been refunded

Items that I wanted to order were out of stock on a number of times i placed an order. As the Time has now elapsed for me to spend my credit it has been agreed I will receive a full refund. This is amazing thank you

I have contacted this company as Facebook ads are scams... offering a product for so much..but it is for a subscription to hightv products..after speaking to a very intelligent young man ..he said they were investigating this and would offer full refund..waiting for this to happen..will keep you pos.....

2 mal im Monat wurden mittels VISA Card 44 Euro abgebucht.
Nach einem Blick in die AGBs wird klar… das Geld wird eingezahlt, als interne Punkte umgeschrieben und diese Punkte gelten als Dienstleistungen und sind in der Konsequenz nicht erstattungsfähig. Alle 90 Tage verfällt das eingezahlte Geld/ die Punkte.

Für ein Samsung A15 zahlt man nahezu den doppelten Preis trotz vermeintlichem Abo Rabatt.

Selbst die Kündigung kostet 8 Euro und die Zahlungsdaten lassen sich im Kundenkonto nicht verwalten.

Das Unternehmen sitzt auf Zypern.🇨🇾
