First class advice and service. Will use again, and recommend

Worst experience I had with this company. They did not notify their customers that they would be moving and the item I ordered would be delay by few days due to them moving.

A quick service to supply replacement silicon covers for ear buds. A good price with low postage charge. Would use again

Purchased what turned out to be a faulty product from hifiheadphones. Excellent support, simple returns process and refund within a matter of days. A great customer experience even though the product itself was manufactured badly (SoundMAGIC ST80).

Good deals for music lovers. Very good customer support.

ordered midday Friday, arrived midday Monday,
perfectly packed,
best value price,
present for a birthday next week,
delighted.

Ordered a pair of headphones, which arrived quickly next day. The product itself was well packaged, with no damage. Which would be expected. Also the product was nicely priced, after comparing on numerous websites. I would recommend this company. Fortunately, i've not had to return anything yet, so can't review that side of the company.

Delivered on time, good product...

Good delivery, product as described, what more could you want.

Hifiheadphones sell a great range of high quality products at very competitive prices.
They offer unbiased advice if you aren't sure what to purchase, and everything I have purchased from them has been excellent.
Delivery is quick, customer service are responsive to queries and questions.
Very highly recommended for all your headphone and earphone requirements.

Hifi Headphones were the only supplier that had what I needed at the right price. I'm always a bit wary with new companies, but I was pleasantly surprised. The ordering process was easy, and I wasn't forced to create an account first, which is a plus. The product arrived promptly in good condition, was exactly as described and worked straight out of the box. My only minor issue was that I paid for next day delivery, then received a text saying it would not be delivered until the day after next. It wasn't a huge problem for me apart from paying extra, but as it turned out, the item arrived the next day anyway. Just a silly admin thing, no doubt. Very pleased with this company and would use again. Definitely recommended.

These guys are amazing. Give great advice and ship really fast.
I had ordered a cable for my Sennheiser HD558 to use with mobile phones and got that in 2 days. Cant ask for more. Thank you so much and keep up the good service.

I had some good advice and read some good partner reviews of Fidou in ear dual driver phones. Tremendous sound, and after fiddly fitting of over ear supports starting to really enjoy. Very good help about these, and 4 stars would definitely have been 5 if HiFiHeadphones had delivery been time order placed corresponding to delivery day. Slight grey area so work plans had to be shifted about.

Delivered promptly and as described - all good.

Just want to thank you for your superb customer service. The replacement headphones have been received today and look great. Will be putting them to the test from tomorrow on my daily constitutional but the plug looks more substantial than the Koss model and neat foldaway design with wallet is very nice. Thanks again for your generous response which was quick, polite and helpful from start to finish. Highly recommended company.

Product was what I ordered and it arrived promptly. Nothing more to be said.

Very happy with the service and support and price match, excellent experience of shopping online.

Great item at a great price and delivered quickly. Highly recommended and will definitely use them again
