Hidden Hearing - Glasgow - Glassford Street Arvostelua 76

I received a warm and friendly approach by the receptionist and was offered a coffee on arrival. A few minutes later I was Introduced to the new audiologist Laura who made me feel very welcome and relaxed before conducting a thorough hearing test explaining everything as she went through the procedures. She was very professional and took time to illustrate and answer any questions I had. As a result I upgraded my hearing aids and can now look forward to a better future, being able to join in on conversations and hearing sounds I didn’t know i was missing.

Had microsuction carried out in both ears. Very helpful audiologist. Explained process clearly. Showed me video of ear canal before and after. Also carried out basic hearing test.

I have been a customer for many years.
When I went for my appointment the door was locked. Someone came and unlocked it then once I was inside locked the door again. I do not think a locked door is in any way welcoming.
Once I was inside the staff were good and helpful.

From my first visit with Hidden Hearing I knew I was in good hands. I'm so pleased with my journey with them and service is first-class.

I took my mother to see Barry Campbell at the clinic at Mearns Castle Golf Club and was most impressed by not just his professionalism and expertise but also how he used his 29 years of experience to deal compassionately and sensitively with my mum who was in denial. All sorted now and a new world opens up for my Mum. Can’t recommend Barry highly enough.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. My audiologist John Martin was professional, highly qualified and put me immediately at ease , as I started out on my journey to find the correct hearing aids for me. John visited me at home and was just an incredibly good person, putting me at ease , at all times with his care and kindness. As it turned out, I finally decided the hearing aids I had chosen were not for me and my money was returned to me in full, no questions asked or hard sell techniques employed. I am going to have a break and consider my options moving forward.When I do decide to move on with my journey towards better hearing, I will not hesitate to get back in touch with Hidden Hearing, they were absolutely amazing, cannot say enough good things about this company and their people. I had NHS hearing aids and despite a recent audiology review my ability to follow conversations had fallen off the edge of a cliff. It was depressing. I had always been hesitant to go private but I started looking online. Hidden Hearing called back to me and I accepted a no commitment appointment. The staff and testing process were really good and at the end when I tried the hearing aids it was a complete revelation. Like a rebirth. I am writing this after a few days and I feel that there there is no way that I will ever want to hand them back after the long trial period that they offer. I love the hearing aids because they are so technically brilliant in the way that they filter out unwanted sounds and clarify the ones that you want - especially speech - and because they are so easy and comfortable to wear. I am a 76 year old pensioner and I am not rich. These hearing aids are top of the range with a price to match but in my opinion they are worth every single penny. As I am writing this I realise that I want to go to the theatre again to see a play and follow the dialogue!

The Audiologist was on time. gave in depth information regarding her expert knowledge of hearing problems. Cady is an exeptionally likeable person and it was a pleasure to have her in my house.

The staff in the Glasgow shop in Glassford Street were superb and made us feel at ease on the 2 visits we made. I am now wearing the aids for most of the day and find them comfortable but will wait until the end of next week before I finally decide about keeping them.

Very good test over an hour of different test , from a member of family standing other side of the room reading words for me to reply back really informative a better understanding of how my hearing has been damaged

Normally it would have been a 5 star rating. On this occasion I was disappointed. Annual inspection, attended expecting to have the wax removed, so any hearing test was not practical. The lady sent over to Arran did not have the required equipment.
