Very pleased with the service from Hertz. The team is very pleasant and courteous, accommodating, and professional. We will continue renting from the W. Springfield location. And thank you so much to the team member who was working the day we picked up and returned the vehicle (I did not get the gentleman's name). Thank you!

Didn’t have the vehicle I reserved even…
Didn’t have the vehicle I reserved even though I booked months in advance. Dispite them having the lot full of cars they could only offer me a small suv when I booked for a mid size because I needed the space. Couldn’t even make an accommodation seeing as I was a 5 star rewards member and rent from hertz frequently this is why I’ll only be renting from the airport.
